  When we called, it was closed unfortunately (our own fault we assumed it was open til six on a Saturday. It's open until 4pm) but we had a Look around outside. One of the members of staff was leaving to go home and took the time to speak with us even though I'm sure he wanted to get his weekend started! He was very helpful and polite and didn't rush off. We will return during opening hours next time!

  Highly recommend Audi Galway (l am a customer since 2013). Always have a positive experience from the minute l walk in the door and invariably offered a coffee without delay!! The service dept is excellent. They are very accommodating when booking a service and on the day of the service they have either provided me with a courtesy car or if one is not available they have made alternative arrangements for me. Patrick will always phone to inform me if any additional work is required and cost of same. On picking up the car they talk you though the work that was done. The sales dept are very knowledgeable about the cars and give you plenty of time to test drive, look at options and answer questions. After sales service has been impressive, with James ensuring everything was 100%! All staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Definitely worth a visit!.

  I cannot recommend Audi Galway highly enough. I’ve been dealing with Audi Galway for more than two years and have found their levels of professionalism and customer service to be first class in all areas. The staff in Audi Galway have gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful to both myself and to my family (also now Audi customers)at all times – in particular James Ryan has been incredibly responsive to all of my needs and has delivered a service which a prestigious brand such as Audi should be proud of.
  I would highly recommend doing business with Audi Galway.

  Horrendous service dept,took my car in due to Engine light, Basically they changed two sensors that didn't solve the problem but was told these sensors were gone anyway???
  Then was told they had no idea what it was and would have to pay by the hour to investigate further,decided to bring it someplace else,and when I went to pick it up my breaks were very poor was told the break master cylinder and servo was gone at a cost of €900 to replace even tho I never had an issue with the breaks prior to dropping it in there.€720 later I have more problems now than I had going in.

  Very nice place. Staff very nice. Tea coffee offered by staff. There going to be moving by end of year to a new purpose built showroom in the back of the estate. Looking forward to seeing it.

  Two years later and still a very happy costumer, the folks at audi Galway are friendly, helpful and very professional, My audi a3 s line has all the service done with them and so far NO COMPLAINTS.

  I'm sorry to read the negative reviews the people obviously have their reasons.
  
  I've bought two cars from Audi Galway and the service has been perfect. The salespersons and staff were patient, helpful and welcoming.
  
  My wife is new to driving and was very nervous. John and Mattie accompanied us in two test drives and they were so calm and reassuring, her nerves settled and she drove the unfamiliar cars better than I did!
  
  Audi cars really sell themselves in my opinion, (being an Audi fanatic). So I guess this makes the salesman's job easier on me. Nevertheless the salesmen took their time and listened to our needs and helped us find the best possible solution on both occasions when we made our purchases.
  
  My dream car is the A7, way out of reach (for now) I just love it's design!.
  
  Thanks for everything Audi Galway.
  
  One tip, I couldn't write my review via Google itself, I had to go through Google Maps.
