  They finally moved into the old o2 store. They should have closed the three store and moved into the o2 shop from day one. Ridiculous idea to keep that makeshift corridor of a store. This one isn't much bigger but at least it's less awkward to walk past someone.

  Three are an absolutely worthless shower of two faced scum bags. The staff in this store lied to my wife, telling her she had a 14 day period to decide wether or not to continue with a contract for wireless internet. Within minutes of setting it up we discovered that the connection speeds are atrocious. After trying to fix it with technical support we discovered that the 3 4G network is inaccessible in salthill, despite their website saying the entire area is well served.
  
  On top of that, they refused to let her back out of the contract, despite having been told we had a 14 day cooling off period. When she went into the store the next day they admitted that she had been wrongly informed and that the 14 days only applies in area's with a connection worse than 0.4Mbps.
  
  For comparison, the advertised connection is up to 150Mbps. I am aware that every single ISP seriously over inflates their connection, but we can't get 5 Mbps out of their worthless router and barely there network.
  
  TLDR: The staff here are liars and the company they shill for is both corrupt and consumer hating. Save your money, go with literally anyone else. They could not possibly be worse.

  Store staff very helpful and knowledgeable but 3 head office so complicated and painful to deal with that it is easier to leave and go to the much better customer service at o2
