  No order updates via email or on the website. When I contacted them for an update they said the supplier had discontinued the product. Poor ecommerce experience.
  
  Had to contact again to chase the refund. Unresponsive on email. Called multiple times. Helpful when I got somebody but took some chasing and delayed the refund by a week.

  Still sitting here on the 7th November. No bed for my little boy. I got a call from Eunan Friday morning to say he would personally deal with this disaster as he knew nothing about the disgraceful way I have been dealt with for the last 5 weeks.( 9 weeks ago I ordered the bed)
  
  Guess what he has not picked up the phone since. He personally assured me Friday the 3rd November that I would not have to deal with the rude and insulting staff I had been dealing with and that has not happend.
  Eunan your mission statement is a joke and you seriously need to undertake some serious customer service training in your store. I with any shadow have undergone so much stress and anxiety and wasted so much time calling and emailing it is a joke. I was told i would be compensated where is the compensation.
  Very importantly I was told my shipment was in today . I said I would drive to Dublin as i am now 9 weeks waiting for my son's bed . I was told i can't do that as it come from Belfast.
  It takes 5 hours to get from Belfast not 5 days do you actually have a Dublin depot? .
  Eunan It has been a disgrace the way I have been treated and you said yourself you were not aware of the horrible way I had been dealt with and would personally look after this matter. You could have called me like you PROMISED.

  Ordered the pine triple bunk and was delivered yesterday. Had a bot of too-ing & fro-ing over online chat about the delivery time as it didn't suit us, but in the end the delivery guy Ian contacted me the night before to say he would be there at the time we needed and true to his word he was bang in time as promised! Had he bed up in no time & my daughters are absolutely delighted with it, as am I! Good service all round

  Communication from the order process to the delivery process was non existant to the point where I thought this might have been a scam. But as soon as the delivery was planned up to the delivery itself, transaction was perfectly smooth. Thanks Richard for your friendliness and punctuality 👍

  They delivered the mattress on time this time and the man was very nice. Even though I was upset before because when I ordered the mattress from them a week later they called to say they are delivering it on Friday. I had to take the day off work to collect it and just in the afternoon they texted to say the van is broken and cannot be delivered today so they rescheduled. I gave them 4 stars because of the previous delay but this time they were on time.

  Don't buy from them.
  We got a double bed & mattress. It fell apart after a month. The slats were too small and kept falling through the bed as soon as you sat on it. Had to buy wood from b&q to repair it ourselves. The mattress is so thin and hollow, you can feel every single spring.
  Can't even ring them to complain as they have no warranty or guarantee on their products. Don't buy from them.
  Dreadful.

  I ordered the Leo Bunkbeds. They arrived the day and exact time specified! We made them ourselves which took a little time bit everything went perfectly!! They are a fabulous purchase!! I would highly recommend them and the Love Furniture website-instant messaging is a fantastic service!!

  I have ordered a number of products from Love Furniture over the past few years which include mattresses, bedroom furniture, electronic recliner armchair and without fail the customer service has been excellent! Staff are responsive, very nice and really helpful. They listen to my requirements and go above and beyond to meet my needs. The products are also great quality. Even when I had a small problem with a chair I purchased Love Furniture immediately replaced it with no questions and again fantastic response and high quality customer service. The replacement was perfect. I would (and have) recommend Love Furniture to anyone.

  I bought 3 items in the last few months. The prices are fantastic and much cheaper than my local furniture stores. They also have free delivery and are delivered within a couple of weeks. Any questions you have are always answered. They are just brilliant and i completely recommend them. You won`t be disappointed.

  I bought a console table from Love Furniture.
  After much searching for a table. I decided to go with love furniture and I am really happy I did.
  Quicker delivery than estimated and very easy to put together. It is also great value.
  It just makes the hallway now!
