We had a baby shower here and had a lovely afternoon tea. It was especially nice as there were more than one choice of afternoon tea. There was the man's one, which was sliders and chips, etc which actually most of the women in our group had and there was the classic afternoon tea. It was set out very well, the food was good and the staff were very helpful.
Starting with warm cookies at check-in served by a very friendly staff, we loved our stay here. We arrived weary and enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the restaurant as they took our luggage up. They were kind enough to separate our King bed into two twins for my mother and my stay. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff very attentive and ready to chat to make sure we were enjoying the town. Will definitely stay again.
The staff was above average here in their kindness and accommodation. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. We arrived at 7 a.m. after a long flight, and the staff did what they could to try to get us into our room earlier then check in.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent. We ate at The Morrison Grill the first evening. The beef and barley soup and duck entree were delicious!
This hotel was amazing. High tea was wonderful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Darren at the front desk was amazing. Definitely a place I'll look forward to staying at again.
Decent hotel located in downtown Dublin. Interesting decor with a modern twist. Good customer service, and located near a great Italian coffee shop.
The hotel has great location. It is close to Temple Bar and Trinity college. The guestroom was clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious.
Terrific view of the river and their morning breakfast is excellenteven with creepy statue in the dining room. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which afforded us an even better than expected view. The only odd thing about the room was the strange headless dress forms in corner. I half expected to wake up in the middle of the night and see them getting closer and closerother than that, it was a terrific hotel.
Awesome rooms, perfect sheets and beds. The breakfast is delicious and the crew is polite and sociable. I tried having lunch there once but unfortunately I didn't like it, it was really expensive for a small portion of food and wasn't really good. I totally recommend the hotel accommodations and breakfast.
If you're into quiet, then I highly recommend room 209. Didn't hear any street noise or any other hotel guests. The nice sized room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and Darren, the concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with information. I highly recommend this hotel!
If you are a Hilton honors member, do not stay here. It's pointless. Honestly, you'd get treated the same or better at any other hotel. My husband and I visited the hotel as our first trip with our new daughter for my husband's birthday. My husband has been a Hilton honors member for 6 years and is currently a Diamond Member. We almost exclusively stay at Hilton's for business and leisure and expect to be rewarded for that loyalty. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms would not be ready. As a nursing new mom, I asked for a spot to pump and was shown to a glorified shower. This was better than the bathroom they first offered. Shocked, I walked in and discovered there were no outlets. OK. I very uncomfortabley waited for my daughter to wake so I could feed her. Back to the glorified shower we went. Let me repeat myself - as a Diamond Member I was told there was not a single room or private space I could nurse my daughter in except a shower. Then, once our room was ready, we saw it was extremely small, even for city standards, and our electrical outlets we're broken. So we inquired about an upgrade. They informed us there was none available. My husband then looked in Hilton's app and saw there were upgraded rooms available. At this point I should also mention we were NOT given a room on the Hilton honors floor, even as a Diamond member. When we pointed out the upgrade availablity we saw, we were told that was being saved for other paying customers. During this discussion, a manager laughed at my husband three times. And then said they upgrade who and when they want. And we, apparently, were not wanted.
Nice decor. Little complicated inside to find to where you want to go. Nice art in there.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Amazing free cookie when you check in. Rooms are comfortable and the food and breakfast has so far been top notch.
Well appointed hotel with excellent location . Beautiful rooms good restaurant bar foyer etc
We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a suite with a water view and it was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and modern. They also sent us a congratulations gift to the room. We could never figure out what one light switch was for so we'll have to come back.
As for the location, it is right in the heart of Dublin. You can walk to Grafton Street, Trinity College, and many other places. The airport is a 20-30 minute taxi ride which is great as well.
