We recently stayed at Lisnavagh House as part of a wedding weekend. It is a wonderful location and we had a great time, plus the owner is very friendly and welcoming.

I went to a friend's wedding here, and stayed in one of their cottages, which was delightful and really old.
The main house is stunning, situated on beautiful grounds. The staff ensured that the wedding was fantastic, and there never seemed to be a time when my champagne glass was any less than half full! The main meal was delicious. There was a barbecue the following day which was also fantastic.response / report this review -

Lisnavagh is one of Ireland's hidden gems.
Surrounded by utterly beautiful gardens and landscape, the old estate house itself is wonderful, and the hosts (the Bunbury's) friendly and accomodating.
We recently visited their Christmas fair, the kids enjoyed delicious hot chocolates and then went in to see Santa. Unlike previous experiences (where families queue for ages and are then herded in and out of "Santa's grotto" ASAP), a few families were brought into an old study together. A large log fire was burning in an equally large hearth.
Santa regaled the children with stories of how he found his reindeer before giving them all small presents (selection boxes).
The price was a big draw - in a time when parents pay large sums for th "Santa experience", the visit to Lisnavagh's Santa was only €5 per child. Entry to the Christmas fair (and parking) was free.response / report this review -

Our company held a corporate event in Lisnavagh House which included clay pigeon shooting, a bush craft experience and then a meal in the main house. Everything from start to finish was amazing and the House and it's ground are just incredible. I would highly recommend Lisnavagh house as a place to hold your corporate event and the owners can arrange bespoke activities to ensure there's something for all your guest.

This house is amazing the owners are wonderful and let you treat it as your own. Anne did an amazing cooked breakfast with homemade bread and jam!! The grounds and house are stunning beautiful all round!

This place is amazing, it's a seventeenth century manor house set in beautiful countryside. Staff are great, really enjoyed our stay.
