My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this place. We got to try beers that were not available to us in the US, which was great. The tour and experience here was fantastic. This was on-par with a museum! Most of all, Beth, our guide went above and beyond to give us a private tour ON HER BREAK because we showed up too late to our tour. This was completely unexpected, and we couldn't thank her enough for being so kind.

If you're in Dublin and you like Guinness (or even not), I recommend you check out this experience.

This was one of the first stops on our trip to Ireland. A must-visit for anyone interested in brewing or the history behind the Guinness brand. We took a self-guided tour which included the opportunity to visit a number of interactive displays and a short course in the art and science behind the brew. We also had a hands-on demonstration that aimed to teach the correct way to pour a Guinness. After the tour, we went to the top floor to enjoy a Guinness alongside the spectacular view of Dublin. In all, we spent about four hours touring and enjoying the view.

If you enjoy beer, this place is mandatory in Dublin. I had a good time learning a little bit more about the brewery history. The exhibitions are interactive what makes you want spend a lot of time listening and reading the information. I suggest to buy the audio guides, it's only 1 euro and makes you understand everything clearer. They offer an opportunity to pour your own free pint at the end of the visit. There's a magnificent view of Dublin at the higher level. There's also restaurants if you need to lunch or brunch, it's a bit expansive but I won't take one star out for it once the price they practice is related to the experience they offer. I appreciate so much being part of this. Lastly the Guiness shop, almost impossible to get out without buying anything.

This is not a working brewery tour. I would characterize this as a historical tour of Guinness in one of the original facilities where it was made. The tour and the attention to it's detail is outstanding. It is a grand old stone building. I enjoyed the tour but took one star off because this is not a true brewery tour. There is a heavy emphasis in the main lobby on buying something with a Guinness logo on it. The pint of Guinness at the overcrowded rooftop bar was the best part of this experience. There is a free parking lot on the next block which was nice.

Overcrowded. Super commercial. Not very informative. Staff in a place where you pour your own pint needs a training on manners. Blown up story about beer and promoting drinking. 360° bar always full. Not relaxed atmosphere. Better go to the good old Irish pub. And feel yourself comfortable. Also bring a snack or sandwich if you go with kids.

Super crowded at noon though google claims it's "a little busy"
Self guided tour is odd with recordings of people talking to you, some interactive touch screens (kind of gross thinking about all the people coughing and touching it before you). Videos are informative but the place seems to be too big for your typical small group tour where you can see everything and ask questions. Very difficult to get a picture of anything without other people in it.
Top floor has fantastic views but people camp at every square inch of window space because so many people are walking through.
The Guinness is definitely better here, a little less bitter than the export version, glad it's included with the tour, and you can buy additional pints or samplers (just not on the top floor - tickets only no cash there)
Overall it's worth the visit at least once, maybe more if you're a huge fan

What an amazing experience! The making & history of Guinness explained in intricate, interactive & fun detail. There are about 4 bars where you can sample a free pint of premium quality Guinness,or other Storehouse products. The gift shop is awesome! I spent a fortune there!! What's more there was even a display of Irish dancing!!! An altogether BRILLIANT experience.😁

We had a lot of fun here! When you consider what you get for the price, it's a great value. Each ticket comes with a pint and the choice to pour it yourself or not. These pint tickets are transferable to others so if you don't drink you can share with someone else in your party or make a stranger's day! The museum is well done and relatively interactive. While informative, it does repeat a lot of the information. I do love how you are not restricted from touching anything. There is old machinery, a massive display of barely, and a waterfall all able to be touched. Not sure if kids would enjoy it beyond the flashing lights on the displays and touching the equipment. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. As the most visited place in Ireland they do a good job of keeping lines down and everyone happy. The only drawback is the amount of glass railings and escalators. As someone who is very afraid of heights, being eight floors up and riding a glass sided escalator is a nightmare! There is one elevator that is not made of glass but it is hidden around the corner and is intended for handicapped people (understandably), so look for that if you're afraid of heights! Overall, it's a bit crowded, a tourist experience, and one visit is enough BUT it's definitely something you shouldn't miss!

So this was practically my number one reason for going to Ireland - to have Guinness at Guinness - and it did not disappoint. It's a great visit, there's several floors of the museum - so you can go at your own pace or head straight to the good stuff. You can try a shot of the freshest Guinness you'll ever try - as well as enjoy a pint at their rooftop bar (the views alone are worth the price of admission). Don't skip the 'pour your own' experience, but save your free pint tickets for the top as the rooftop bar if you plan on having a pint there as well. One more tip - book ahead of time - we actually booked our tickets on our phones while waiting in the line - it can get long and if you book in advance you skip the whole thing!!!!

There is so much to do here.. A fab fun tour that you can do at your own pace and the Gravity Bar on the top floor is the highlight. Even if you have the tour tickets for the morning, you can hold on to your free drink vouchers and return to enjoy the place at night. It's packed at night and the atmosphere is electric! We loved it. As my husband was driving we didn't drink in the morning and instead returned for a drink in the evening and stayed there till they closed down. Lovely views and enjoyed the museum.

I have mixed feelings on this one. It's super popular, but know that this is really you paying to get into a 6 level bar loaded with Guinness branding and gear. The self guided tour is okay. If you've never read about how beer is made, it'll be helpful. The problem is that during their busy times, it's loaded. So much so that is tough to take in all of the exhibits. Atop of the entire complex you can have a beer looking over the entire city. You also can pour your own draft in their 'school'. The outside of the building and surrounding area is pretty cool with the cobblestone streets and old stone warehouses.

I enjoyed a visit to the storehouse a few years back so much that i decided to visit again this trip. Overall i was still quite impressed with the place. You get a decent explanation of the brewing process along side the history and marketing of Guinness worldwide.

I was really looking forward to the tasting room, as this was a highlight for me on the first visit. It was really disappointing to be rushed through it this time. The guide rattled through the tasting teaching us absolutely nothing. Before moving us on out of the room, "because it's quite busy today".

That aside it's still worth a trip and if you've never been before then you will not be disappointed.

Get ready for a high-tech, immersive experience. The entire tour goes through the brewing process and the Brewery's history. At times, it feels like the experience is part public relations outreach and part immersion advertising. It's clear they want you walking away from the brewery ready to spread the Guinness gospelBut who cares, it's too fun to knock it.

The tour is self guided, staff is available if you have questions or need assistance, but they stay out of your way for the most part. You can go as fast or slow as you'd likeTake it in at your own speed. Learning how to properly pour the perfect pint, awesome! (Yes, you get to pour your own drink right from the taps of the Guinness Brewery!) The gravity bar is awesome, but somehow it's not the perfect way to take in a Guinness for me (I'd rather a pub atmosphere rather than a floating posh bar).

Overall, I'm sure even non-beer lovers will enjoy this tour. It's fun, surprisingly family friendly, and just plain interesting.

I am going to start by saying that I do not care for dark beer. With that being said I enjoyed this tour immensely. It was very interesting and there is so much to see. The gravity bar on the top floor is amazing! It is a room with 360˚ views of Dublin. You can get taught the proper way to poor your own Guinness on one of the levels. There is a room where you learn how to taste the beer. They have multiple places to eat here that are great as well.
