Phenomenal customer experience. Bought a jacket online, which turned out to be not quite right. Return process was simple, made easy for me. I ended up dropping in to store to return item. They were so helpful and friendly in taking back the jacket and helping me find a more suitable option. Exceptional. Thank you Great Outdoors, kudos for great retail example of how to do it.

Great selection of clothing and equipment. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They're obviously very passionate and love talking about their hobbies and give you loads of tips. When I was looking for a pair of boots the assistant took the time to make sure I chose exactly the right ones for what I needed.

Really helpful and friendly staff in here. The two staff I talked to were incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment they have and gave great advice on maintaining old hiking boots when I was going to purchase a pair. The staff member advised me on some products to maintain my existing boot instead of trying to sell another boot to me which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain what I needed to do and why I needed to do it and I learned a lot.
I bought both another pair of boots and the product to maintain my old boot in the end as I wanted to have a fresh pair for a trip I am planning to go on. Top class advice and I would trust their advice 100%. I would normally just buy online from shops like this but it was worth going in and talking to the staff. I will be back for any gear I need. Much appreciated for the great service!

I went in with loads of questions and the staff went out of their way to make sure they helped me out with everything. They all really know their stuff and for every different question there's an assistant whose area of expertise that is. I'll go out of my way to shop here from now on!
