Rooms of hotel are very nice. We stayed as family of four with 2 young kids. Ground's around the area are beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful. However the food in the restaurant could be a lot better for a five star hotel.

We don't feel we received a five star treatment. Staff very friendly but not very attentive. The hotel more catered to wedding reception guests.
Hotel grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was very impressive but we wouldn't recommend this as a five star hotel.

Such a peaceful place full of wonderful amenities. The rooms are fantastic--cozy with good channel selection. The golf course is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional and really want to make the guest feel at home.

Hotel 5* - clean hotel, clean room, great services, friendly staff. I've noticed a number of people saying the rooms are far away as the hotel is huge, my girlfriend is 9 months pregnant and found it hard to walk from our room to reception, restaurant, etc, but we could have asked for a room closer to reception and I'm sure they would have sorted it.
Spa 5* - as above, nothing negative to say.
The 13th restaurant 4* - found the service a bit slow. The food was great, except my steak sandwich, I had way better from takeaways
Hugo's restaurant - dinner was great but again, the service was a bit slow. We had too ask 3 times for someone to take our order. At some point I've noticed the staff arguing over who should take our tablefortunately the food made up for it.
    Would definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic for a mid week break. Hotel is fabulous, staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant (hugos) has beautiful food. Breakfast is top notch. Overall would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be looked after. Also golf course and leisure facilities are excellent.

I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. We were there with our kids and they couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. They are VERY family oriented and the hotel itself is magnificent. Would recommend to everyone.

My husband and I visited Druids Glen for the first time 2 weeks before our first baby was born back in February of this year. After our baby arrived we decided to return for a night with our baby. It was our first time staying away over night with the baby. With sleeping arrangements and sterilizing bottles etc. we weren't sure if we were heading away too soon. Our worries were for nothing!! We'd contacted the hotel in advance to let them know we would have Our baby with us. On arrival we were informed that there was a bed for our baby. The bed was spotlessly clean. To our surprise we were advised of the baby pantry which was across the way from our room. In the pantry was a bottle sterilizer, microwave, and bottle warmer. There was also a selection of baby food. Suffice to say we had our own but regardless. it was there had we encountered an emergency :)

We had a lovely break with our baby and will no doubt return.

Top class. Quite simply the best hotel we have ever been to. The grounds, the common areas, the rooms, the restaurant, the food, the staff, the health centre are all five star. We don't want to leave and are contemplating barricading ourselves in our room. 11 out of 10.

Excellent 4 day spa break. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days (3 nights) recently for a bit of relaxing downtime. The spa treatments were fantastic the staff were very professional and knowledgeable and the facilities were among the best that we've seen.
The food was of the highest quality and well prepared and served.
We will definitely be back here again.

Spent four nights here with family. The rooms are beautiful. It's a very nice ambience. The service is terribleeach night we ate in the restaurantthe last evening was the worstwaited 45 minutes for someone to take our order. An hour to come to the table. We even had to clear out own dinner plates so they could have room to put desert on the table. Would not recommend.
