Not great its very old and run down but it is under new ownership and getting renovated so hopefully it will improve soon

Helpful staff, tasty irish breakfast + cold buffet, room clean but windows are not sealing; the rooms, bathrooms and corridors look like they haven't been refurbished for at least 30 years, food odour on the corridor (2nd floor).

Nice place, but poor standard of food I ordered a chocolate brownie with ice cream on one occasion and the brownie came on a big plate decorated but no ice cream and the brownie was rock hard u couldn't even cut into it. Was there today and ordered a main course dinner the Turkey was very dry and the potatoes were cold. not happy. Won't b going back!!!

Helpful staff. Quite an old building close to town centre. Comfortable room and beds. Very nice buffet breakfast. Would stay there again.

Food not very good, calamari was soggy and not fresh! Asked for extra salad didn't arrive. Poor food, staff very friendly though.

We enjoyed the clean room and bathroom and the facilities of the hotel. It was a great base for touring and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is pretty nice for staying with your family. The rooms are good with in-room dining facility, staffs are cooperative, food are delicious. This hotel is well-known for arranging marriage ceremony as such every weekend it holds marriage party and rents all rooms to people joining the party. During my stay, the hotel was kind enough to book a room for me for the Saturday night in a nearest B&B and reallocated the original room to me from next Sunday onwards.
