  You should really work on your customer service, it felt like I'm dpd and lady on other side is a customer, no compromise, RUDE and hell not helpful at all.

  under no circumstances use this crowd of cowboys!! absolutely useless.. nothing but ridiculous excuses and lies.. pony express would be far more effective,,, i would rather allow a hoard of drunken travellers on sulkys deal with my deleveries without doubt sky tv customer service and vodafone provide a more adept service. this lot are the labour party of couriers.. use at your peril. obviously they recruit from the deepest gene pool
