This was an awesome town that was recommended to us by a local. We didn't get to stay long, but it was one of our top favorite towns in Ireland.

Interesting centre with a lovely tour through the development of Adare including a beautiful model and lifelike figures in costumes. Nice souvenir shops, an ice cream stall and accessible loos. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Adage Heritage Centre an ideal stop to 're fresh. Free parking to the rear of the centre with great toilet facilities, nice coffee shop with a light menu. From here you can wander around the village and check out the beautiful thatched cottages. Ideal stop on the way to the Cliffs of Moher from Killarney

Coming from North America, I am so thrilled with the amount of history here. To be able to see building that have been around hundreds of years and hear the stories of the past just brings history to life. Love the area, love the country!

Nice info center. Mostly a tourist trap , town does have some great history. Too many busses and too many people. Stopped as we were driving through. Everyone was a little disappointed, build way up in the adds.
