I have to say I was very impressed by their level of customer service from my initial call to the entire process. I would have no hesitation recommending Tracey Solicitors to anyone and if in need of both an injury solicitor/advice in the future.

Myself and my husband did our Wills with them and had an appointment with Elaine. Very friendly, great to deal with - Elaine even arranged an out of hours appointment for my husband so that he wouldn't have to take time off work and a lunchtime one for me as I work in the city centre. She explained everything very clearly to me as I didn't know the first thing about making a Will! All done very quickly and efficiently, would definitely recommend! Great location as well, very easy to find, Elaine was lovely to deal with :)

Tracey Solicitors looked after my case the minute I rang them.
They took care of everything, communicating, coordinating and negotiating with all the parties involved to make sure I got a fair settlement for my claim. All I had to do was relax and let them do their job, a truly great job by the way.
I would absolutely recommend Tracey Solicitors, I will also be back to them in the future if I had to!response / report this review
