  Got a quote, so called in. The guy I met with didn't want to deal with me, and said he would be passing the requirement to someone else.
  Rang and left message for the someone else. No reply. Called again, no reply. Called again, and got to speak with the someone else. Agreed to go ahead with the sale, and I'm now waiting 3 weeks for someone to arrange a call out get exact measurements.

  Based on response below I tried again.
  
  Truly a *disgusting* experience from start to finish. If I had 200 euro more, I would have done ANYTHING to spend it ANYWHERE else.
  
  The fitter was friendly, and thankfully my husband can fix the issues with the wardrobe fitted yesterday, so I won't have to call this horrible place again to get it fixed.
  
  You get what you pay for.
