Well located. Clean. A bit old fashioned. The bed was ok. The restaurant is very good and chic. The windows let the noise come in but I found this in several hotels around so I guess that’s an ok standard in Dublin.

Really disappointed in the room and hotel. The room was tiny, dated and warm. The beds were uncomfortable and seemed worn as from years of use. The lift broke down on our second day and we had to carry our bags down. The room was also next to the train tracks. About every 5-10 minutes a train would go by, and we had to have the window open because the room was so warm and stuffy. We asked the staff for a new room but they were booked and we were blamed because ”we should have asked for a quiet room". I would assume everyone wants a quiet room and never thought I would have to ask for one. Find somewhere else to stay, this is just a step up from a hostel.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice. The location of the room I had could be an issue for some, as it was facing a light rail line, but I slept easily with the window closed. My only complaint would be that the room was very warm and the supplied ac unit gave poor performance. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for those willing to face a few minor inconveniences for a cheap price and great location.

This hotel is quite correct but it's a bit outdated in some aspects. The floor carpeting has seen better days and not all floors are connected by an elevator. It's also a bit pricey. Other than this, staff is correct and professional, general cleanseness is good and the room comes with iron, hairdryer, and complimentary tea and coffee. Location is convenient, next to the bus station and close to the city center.

Three star is an accurate description of the hotel. Facilities are ok, room was noisy but that's to be expected with a hotel in the city. Had to pay to use the room phone but staff was helpful. Would not stay here again but for the sole reason of trying other hotels.

Great location. Clean, bright rooms. Delicious breakfast options. Staff are friendly, polite, helpful and informative. The bar manager is outstanding. Particularly enjoy the rooms facing the Luas stop and bus station for people watching ☺️ Am into art and cultural anthropology so it's fascinating. Having stayed a few times now, travelling as a lone, disabled woman, I've always felt safe here. Would advise bringing ear plugs if you like your windows open at night time as it is the city centre! Can't recommend highly enough.

Friendly ,helpful staff. Great breakfasts though toaster was on a go slow. Noisy at night but, it did not bother me (to tired to care). Also don't expect total quiet in a hotel so central. Walked every where I wanted to visit. +2mins from Connolly rail station. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Dublin.

Staff was very nice, the food was also really good (just breakfast) but the building is very old and you can hear the steps outside the room and there was no minibar. The hotel is near the center and you have a tram just outside of the hotel and a bus that drive to the airport. All in all a good hotel to sleep but do not expect any luxury.

nice hotel, very good location, you can get everywhere in a couple of minutes. it's not the newest hotel (old doors.. you can hear people walking in the hallway) but for the price totally acceptable. breakfast is okay. staff is really nice and helpful!

When searching for a cheap but nice hotel in central Dublin, this was the best one I could fine. We are staying here for 2 days and so far I've been impressed. The staff were fairly nice and the price is good. The location is great as it's seconds from a large high street in Dublin which is packed with a range of shopping centres and restaurants. The quality of the room isn't amazing, but for the money I'm happy. Unfortunately we didn't get a good view but that didn't bother me. I've found the wifi to be good and fairly straightforward to connect to. A TV is also provided in our room, along with an ironing board and kettle.

Great location, very central and right on the Luas line. Friendly staff who were very attentive. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Floors a bit creaky but not to the point we were kept awake or anything. A good breakfast at €8.50 a head if you pay in advance or €10 on the day. Perfect hotel for a weekend break in the city.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. Now I know a hotel near a bus station and a dart line wasn't going to be silent, but this takes the mick. Even with the window closed there was little to no difference in the noise level, I might as well have been outside. On arrival we were asked for a cash deposit of 150 euros as we didn't have a credit card, this was not mentioned in the hotels terms and conditions when booking even though the receptionist put it down our throats that it was, then the receptionist gave us a 10% off voucher for the restaurant which we thought was a nice touch, only to find when we went to the restaurant at 6pm they were closed for the night. The room was nothing like the amazing photo's on their website which I can only describe as wizardry. The bed was like an old bicycle in bad need of oiling, if you moved at all the people in either room beside you know your moving, but then again that was probably blocked by the noise from outside. The bed was not comfortable at all. The air conditioner in the room didn't work at all, no hot or cold air came out of it. Breakfast was just a total disappointment, I'll put it this way, you couldn't even get toast done properly, not worth the 10 euro charge, if you have the misfortune to have to stay here, get a breakfast roll somewhere.
