The staff are very friendly and are there for you 24 hours. It was my first time in ireland and i was alone and with their help it was an amazing visit I WILL BE BACK!!! 😃😃

Super dirty. Can't describe the conditions of the carpet we arrived a 2am asking for late check out and the cleaner came in at 12. The receptionist was very rude asking for money straight away instead of giving us information first. There is no lift but no one was helping us carring up the bags to the second floor when we had a new born baby with us. Overly priced. It doesn't have anything to do with an hotel. It could be a bed and breakfast ( an horrible one). We check out today.

Stayed 7 nights the manager and one worker were kind, the rest of the staff merely said they had no idea how to deal with any issues, writing this from hotspots as the internet has only worked in spurts, for over a 100 euro I would recommend a hostel instead with private room, and better wifi access as well as breakfast.

The hotel is situated in an old Victorian style building. The rooms look rather worn but we had two good nights of sleep there nonetheless. Also according to the staff, the rooms are slowly being renovated, so depending on which room you get, you might be lucky.
For the quality of the rooms, the price was a bit high, but we stayed during the 6 nations game Ireland vs France, so the whole city was more expensive than usual.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and quiet atmosphere.
Perfect to explore Dublin since it's 3 minutes away from O'Connell Street

The hotel is located about a 15minute walk from the centre of Dublin and 15 minute walk from connelly station. The rooms were reasonably well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was one of the cheapest that I found and with that in mind I think it was good. I would go back.
