  GREAT MASSAGE BUT BAD SERVICE FOR LOCAL TOURIST!!
  
  I need to mention and explain the situation:
  the massage itself was excellent. I was with my wife and we did a massage with mbak deta and mbak jum which both were very very nice and we had really really good massage. So second day we were looking to book another spa time and the spa reception was a guy and a girl, both asking in english which we answer in indonesian (me n wife are indo) straight after we were ignored and the keep talking to a guy (look like he was tour leader for some western tourist) we asked question several time in which they were answered "sebentar ya" everytime and keep talking to the tour guide we were there for good 10 mins without any service and the tour leader keep asking things and prices even after they say the price and there were 2 RECEPTIONS AND WE WERE IGNORED. I HONESTLY SICK OF THESE TYPE OF TREATMENT TOWARDS LOCAL TOURIST. We pay same amount of money i expect no discrimination.
  
  Again i state the first day massage with mbak deta and jum were great and both are so polite and well manered thats why we come back. And to clear things yes, we got different person at receptions.

  The Spa is excellent! Great outlook and excellent service, Ask for Sipin, he is the best, nice guy, listens to what you need and is very caring.
