  Not a trendy with a big major brand of chain hotel, but this hotel is a super friendly family-owned hotel. In fact, I love this place. The management is very helpful. I had a problem due to double booking, but they patiently assist me and taking care of the problem professionally. Whenever I stop over in Cakranegara, I will definitely come and stay here.
  
  Quick note: they have yoga studio in the back of their building. You can join one of their many classes. Try to stretch that old muscle folks!
  
  They will also have a new spa that will be opened in few months. I’m looking forward to try it.

  Sabgat tdk bersabat.wc bau dan kotor.pelayanan sangat buruk.ini pengalalaman pribadi.hari ini saya chek out dipermalukan krn saya bertiga sekamar .sblm msk kamar saya sdh perjanjian klu kelebihan makan bsk pagi akan saya bayar.ternyata setelah makan saya disusul oleh waiters suuruh bayar kelebihan org makan didepan wisata lainnya.apakah spt ini pelayanan hotel ratih yg sangat memalukan.saya tdk akan lari hy dgn biaya makan 25 rb saja.tp tlg hargai privasi tamu SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN PELAYANAN HOTEL RATIH INI.

  A nice and comfy hotel with warm welcome from d receptionist and bell boys. But no welcome drink so i welcome myself by buying me a drink from the cooler at the front door. And 1 more thing. atm s r everywhere near this hotel.
