Very good hotel in Surabaya. Just about one hour drive more or less from the Juanda Airport.

I just like the big and spacious rroom. It is also clean and quite modern.

The restaurat is also quite large. The food variation is OK. It is also quite nice and delicious.

I had buffet dinner there and all the food was so cold, yeah really cold, I don't know why but maybe they didn't use buffet server food warmer or something like that.
No toilet paper in restroom.
But the performance of the staff is good.
Please improve service quality at your hotel.

Good hotel. Nice location by the main road. Easy to get taxi. Lovely local cafe nextf to the hotel. Fitness is small but has cool view. Affordable spa.

Santika group is the best. As always, the room is nice, clean, and comfort. The bathroom also very nice. The food? Don't worry about that, they always serve the great taste of local foods.

We stayed here for one night and love the place. It is within 10 minute drive from Tunjungan Plaza so it is near the city center.
Their room is spacious and quiet, a perfect place to relax. The highlight is their breakfast menu. It offers Indonesian and Western style breakfast. The chef will make the egg your way and have it delivered to your table.

This hotel really good for bussines traveller or just only for city vacation in surabaya. The place near by historical side such as heroes monument. This place also very close to Tunjungan Plaza one of the biggest city shopping mall in surabaya, you can reach by walk or taxi it takes around 5 minutes

I stayed at this hotel on August 24th, 2016. It was my second staying with my parents and aunt and we really enjoyed it. We had 2 rooms with connecting door; spacious, clean and comfort. All the staff was very helpful, super friendly and they smiled a lot, which made me happy and raised my mood up. I felt like being treated like family. The food at this hotel was amazing. Both breakfast and dinner always cooked to a very high standard and there was plenty of choice.

My father's car was pretty dirty when we arrived Surabaya from Semarang. And the next morning, we found the car was surprisingly clean. Oh wow, not all hotels provide this service. Even those 5 stars hotels, you need to ask them to wash your car. So thank you Santika Hotel for this. Yay!! What a great service!

I will be gladly to come back and stay at the Santika Hotel Pandegiling again. It will always be my first choice every time I come to Surabaya. Thank you Mr. Ponco (this guy looks like that actor Ponco Buwono.. hahah), Willy, Miss Putri, Miss Fitri, Miss Ayu, the friendly security guys and also all the staff at Santika Hotel Pandegiling. Great hotel. Good service. Breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. Reasonable price. Tried many hotels in Surabaya from expensive to cheap ones but this hotel is better than others.

Room was okay. Standard service. Staff were okay. But be careful if you order drink from the bar. I saw the bartender used a teaspoon to mix the drink then he used it to taste directly from the spoon, and then used it again to mix another drink. This was unacceptable.

Elegant hotel, comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, excellent service, and good variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. Truly a recommended place to stay in Surabaya.
