  Furniture is old and seems no proper maintenance. Shower is rusted, room door is difficult to open. Staffs are not used to greet guest, long check in process. Not recommended.

  Air panas tidak jalan. Kamar mandi perlu direnovasi karena air meluber kemana-mana. Tidak ada sandal hotel. Makanan lumayan sih. Staf hotel kurang ramah

  The big hotel in Sidoarjo, East Java. I have sweet moment here with my husband. About the restaurant, I like the kinds of menus. Any Indonesian, Western Cuisine here. If you are in Ramadhan month, you will get any special menus here.
  About the facilities, any musholla, toilets, swimming pool, lobby and also suitable room which make you feel comfort to stay here.
  Breakfast also offering many kinds of menus. We just make it simple or you may choose what do you want to eat.
  Near from Sun City mall.

  The room is really general and it's something problem about TV and AC may be broken. So I don't know why.
  
  What about foods and beverages?
  Food: Some food isn't hot (just a bit)
  Drink: there are only tea and coffee, but there's no mineral water.
  Beverage: After I call someone who wants to refill that cereal, that guy just skiped! And I said, "What the fxxk!"
  
  Y'know? Since 2015, the people and staff may be good people I think, but now It's different than before.
  
  Need to fix it all!

  Harga mahal untuk kamar yang tidak terlalu luas, kran air karatan, bangunan terlihat lama dan tidak terlalu dirawat, sarapan tidak ada menu yg spesial, kolam renang ubinnya banyak yang copot

  Just average. Rusty shower, hand washing drain was jammed, only 1 electrical plug and it is far away from bed. Breakfast quite good. Cleanliness was okay.
