  Not sure to recommend this place. 😞
  No wifi (or SIGNAL!!) on my room (if u want to connect internet u can go to the lobby, you can online while enjoy their comfortable sofa.) quite smelly toilet, very budget hotel, but I think it's worth with their price, their service quite good, free parking, standard breakfast.
  Conclusion: It's ok for me to stay overnight, but not for several days..
  Don't forget to prepare 200K for deposit, cash only.

  Hotelnya berada di ruko Rich Palace, dari luar nampak biasa saja, tapi setelah masuk didalam kamar cukup luas dibanding hotel budget lainnya, AC dingin ada fasilitas shuttle bus utk ke Ciwo.

  Saya cukup kecewa dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas hotel. WiFi saja tidak bisa sampai kamar jaringannya, sudah info ke customet service masih tidak ada perubahan. Air kecil, breakfast juga cukup mengecewakan. Jaringan TV / parabola kadang putus bahkan hilang gambarnya. Saran buat pemilik hotel, coba diperbaiki. Sepertinya dulu tidak seperti ini. Something wrong kelihatannya.

  Hotel di pertokoan. Awalnya tidak yakin bahwa akan ada hotel di pertokoan, ternyata ada. Hotel lumayan bisa buat istirahat walau pada kamar yang paling murah kita tidak bisa lihat pemandangan apapun karena tertutup tembok.

  Untuk room lumayan,tapi untuk breakfast totally WORST..!! Menu BREAKFAST KAKI LIMA, setidaknya 2 stars/3stars hotel itu menu standart UNTUK NASI GORENG HARUSNYA ADAAAAA!!!!
  Dan ketika kami Check out 5 MARET 2017,jam 10 RESEPSIONIST ATTITUDE NYA NOL,tidak ramah-Tidak ada senyum sama sekali

  The room rate looks quite cheap, BUT has a 'hidden' cost that is extremely high and unreasonable. Low quality service. Beware of keeping your belonging in the room: a laundry bag full of dirty clothes was taken from room WITHOUT customer's confirmation (false confirmation?) and was taken in the morning when the customer was having breakfast. Laundry rate was cost FLAT at the upper price, regardless of the type of clothes. No water-warmer in room, but a request to hotel will be charged. Not good for vacation, but may be adequate for business stay only.

  Hotel payah dengan harga cukup mahal namun fasilitas tidak bagus. Susah Air klo pagi sampe jam 9. Sarapannya itu2 saja menunya. Hotelnya di ruko tidak ada viewnya dikamar. Petugasnya kurang ramah dan tidak smart. Jauh kemana2 karena posisi ada di ujung komplek perukoan rich palace. Sunguh mengecewakan. Not rekomended
