Me and my family stayed at there hotel in January and had a fantastic stay. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very kind to us, especally our baby. They learned our names and called us by name and were very friendly and helpful.

The food was very good, both in the restaurant and served as a Barbecue in our private villa. We highly recommand a Barbecue evening. Also, the croissants in the mornings were the best we have ever had. We still talks about the croissants at Komaneka at Bisma :)

The spa treatment at facilities is the best spa we have ever experience. The relaxing massage with bath afterward is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you to the spa terapists at the hotel.

The private pool villa was very nice and are highly recommended.

The gardens are wonderful and the cleaning of the room are good.

The staff noticed that I asked for strawberries every breakfast. As a kind action, they placed strawberries cutted as flowers in our room after I had had a spa treatment. The staff are really looking after you.

We will travel to Bali again just to visit Komaneka at Bisma, and recommend everyone to go there.

I had a very bad experience in the famous resort named Komaneka at Bisma .While I was taking massage @ the massage parlour my daughter was having IPHONE 5 in her pocket which was stolen by ur one of the staff members .So it’s my request u to please return my phone asap or give the money back. Kindly see to it. Thanku

Awesome place. Feeling like you are safe in the middle in the jungle. Evenings on the balcony with the sounds of jungle were awesome.

Spent 4 nights in a family room within Komaneka. The reception, service and support from the staff is excellent and always friendly. The pool and surrounding invites to switch off and forget the stress around you. The hotel is a little of the grid but with a scooter in a good location (quite). The room and hotel itself could need some renovation (stairs, showers) and the restaurant a little uplift hence only 4 stars.

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed!

With the perfect location, atmosphere, quality of room, staff hospitality, I must admit that this place is one of the most amazinf places ive visit.

I had my bday 2 days before the check-in, however, staff came to celebrate with yummy choco cake. Everyone was trained very well on hospitality. They know very well how to impress their guests and make guests feel that they are very very important persons.

I will definitely go back!

Relaxing place with awesome staff 😊 If you are looking for a place to stay in Ubud, you must definitely stay in Komaneka at Bisma. Staying in a villa might cost you a bit but what you are paying for is worth it. I love everything here. It's peaceful. The place is really relaxing and the staff were kind,friendly and accommodating. The food is also nice. I hope my family can visit here as well. This place is highly recommended 😉 see it for yourself😄 you'll never regret 😍

We enjoyed one of the best massage I've ever had in their amazing spa. The room is open in front of a river, and you can hear all the sounds of nature while relaxing with your massage. I would recommend it to everybody and I hope to come back here soon!

Beautiful rooms, the grounds are incredible with rice fields and huge infinitum pool all backing onto a small river. Plus you get personalized service from the moment you arrive. A lot of the staff know your name even if you haven't met them.

This hotel is one of the best place I have ever stayed at. As part of my honeymoon from start to finish we were treated like king and queen.

The room we had was spacious, clean and with a huge balcony, shower and free standing bath. Room service was particularly quick and efficient and the turn down service at night is a great touch.

The staff are the best part about here and make you feel so welcome from the moment we arrive and helped us with everything we needed during our stay.

From the moment you arrive the tranquility of the location and friendliness of the staff will put you at ease. Very well appointed rooms and they have put lots of consideration into little touches. We are spending out honeymoon here and are so glad we booked it.

Genuine and gracious service at every turn. You never feel the staff are being nice just because they have to be. Our massages went long, and every effort was made to make us comfortable. The rooms overlook a steep valley, jungle and padi fields which is immensely soothing. On the downside the service and food at the restaurant seemed hurried, and there are more stairs and slopes than an elderly or less mobile person may appreciate.

Magical Place in the Tourist-Town Ubud. Silent, exclusive and beautiful. Staff is very very friendly and everything is very good organized. "It's your home now, not your 2nd"! We were here for only one night and get an upgrade for free including a personal assistent. In this case: Villa with own pool :) This was really amazing. Beside the "room" the hotel area is equipped with an endless pool, an own chappel, a small rice terasse and a feeling that you are in the middle of the jungle what I did not expect in Ubud. Good to escape from whatever you want.
For those who want to spend a little bit more I give my full recommendation.
