Overall, the facility is good. Wide parking area, good taste of food. Unfortunately several places dirty. The design just like old hotel. Not minimalist like most of hotels today.

5 days here.. Enjoy the room and the view from balcony. Large room, comfortable, nice breakfast. i like the tv channel because many choises. but the wifi is limited only two device every user, the connection is unstable, and change the usr/pass everyday because expired

Not the beat hotel in the world, but a nice cosy one. If you are looking for a cheap, but decent experience, this is your place. Rooms are big, nicely decorated, interesting view over Jakarta port. Bathrooms are a mess! Old, rusty, sometimes water not working at allRoom service quality could improve. Welli guess it just follows the indonesian timing, for everything. Slow, slower, slowest!

Very good hotel.
Stayed for one weak in year 2014. ( textile exhibition).* Indian food as well as breakfast is good. Very good swimming pool. Really worthwhile staying and enjoying.

Unfortunately not take any pictures of this place. But this place is 4/5stars hotel with reasonable price (with booking hotel app, ofcourse to get more lower price) it only $40 there also pool outdoor and nearby there's a lake should try fishing there but beware with mosquito

I had a staycation in the month of October. I believe it's quite a popular hotel. Friday night, there was a Indian Wedding party, Saturday and Sunday, there were 2 Chinese wedding. The hotel was busy and perhaps my room wasn't as soundproofed, I could hear chatters when people pass by the corridor.

Oh, they don't do hand towels or medium sized ones, perhaps need to request. No bathtub too.

Saturday and Sunday mornings you'll find children learning to swim at their semi Olympic swimming pool.

While I was there, there was a buffet event attended by mainly locals. The Chinese restaurant had dim sum promo, and I really enjoyed my Indian food at Queens.

It was a nice stay though hotel food is too expensive for me and mall is a little too far away.

hygiene is bad. a room with carpet is nice but when you know its not vaccumed properly; like crumps of food and visible small litters you are gonna want to wear slippers in your room.

Clean rooms. Decent views. Chinese, Indian, Korean, Indonesian food available. Bar, Cake maker, and gift shop on ground floor. Lots of parking. Good rates for big rooms. Pool, Gym and tennis court are kept in good condition.

Nice swimming pool quite big, has sauna at the fitness center, spacious room, a bit old style, but with LED TV and a lot of channels, love it. Air Con is also great. But a bit dirty.

When I used to travel to Jakarta a lot I always stayed in this hotel, so now I brought my family, yes you can stay in a 5 star hotel, but for me, this is definitely something that has more character, rooms are bigger coz it is a older hotel, the food in the hotel restaurant is NICE, but dinner on the lake is just so nice, the traffic moving along across the water. For me this is better than staying in the center of the city

I am a regular at the grand city restaurant. The dimsum suits my taste, and only on sunday, they serve mini hot pot that's often sold out before 11. Reasonable price, and friendly staff. The hotel also has spa and reflexology that i ought to try in the near future.

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile for the guests and always have a smile regardless of the time of day. Rooms spotless and very well appointed. Restaurant has a great selection of food very tasty and pleasing to the eye

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Complete room amenities come with a good work desk. Outside view leads to the lake. Very friendly and fast service. The breakfasts are varied and tasty. Room rates are affordable. Overall the hotel is very satisfactory.

Old, dated, musky, troublesome Wi-Fi login which required new access code every 24hrs, hotel towels are very old, water from shower is dirty. Pretty ok facade, but interior is deteriorating for a 20yo hotel.

Renovated old hotel. Very spacious, fresh and clean room with bath tub in the bathroom. All in all it is okay and you got more than what you paid for. My objections are the limited choice of breakfast buffet and expensive menu for local travellers

It is a competitive price of 4 stars hotel. But the interior is quite of old fashioned. With a nice view of sunter lake. It has a great ballroom to hold a wedding banquet.
