Bit aging hotel by sea, cozy for spent leisure time, but a bit noisy in the evening because of the night club on the ground floor.

The Superior Room is nice, but the air conditioning is poor and the water tap is a bit broken. Wifi connection is slow and phone serive is almost gone while in room.

The hotel is so far away from luxury. The lobby doesn't have air conditioning.
The hotel is divided to two building. The new one and the old one. I was staying in the old building. All the furniture in the room is old. Especially the bed which is not so comfortable.
The only good in the hotel is the breakfast. There's many food variation and drinks.
The hotel also don't have a free shuttle to the airport.response / report this review -

New look infront, old room inside,.. not well maintained, floor carpet and doors too dirty, room uncomfortable,.. not recommend for long stay The one great thing is only in restaurant and the pool

Take the room, do not order the extra bed, food okay, cheap gift shop, there are lots of fly in the restaurant, the gym went missing, the pool need more maintenance, the waiter could be better

It sucks. Its not recommended. Got a room number 3014 (after 3012, there is no 3013). Air conditioner not cool though set to 16 degrees. Smoking Room and i don't smoke. Smells bad. Got a goosebumps when i first came in to that room. The air is to hot to sleep. I can't change room cause all room are booked.

Spent 1 night. Room 2204 hot water working properly. The carpet is old. The room quite big. TV chanel only 9. Air conditoner too noisy sometimes. Many kind of food for breaktast, western local, etc. well done.

Almost a year I spent my day here in this fancy hotel. I did not stay there. I used to wok with an Australian law firm and we rent one of the room in this hotel as our basic office. I want to say that this is one of the best accommodation you can find here in Kupang. It has wonderful amenities that make your staying comfortable, you'll feel like home. It has very good restaurant with friendly staff where you can enjoy tasteful cuisine. My opinion, this is the only world-class hotel that you may find here.

Big rooms, actually two hotels joined together. The older part is a bit dilapidated. Reasonable breakfast. Friendly, but untrained staff. Close to other bars and restaurants on the coast. Overall good for the price.

This hotel's former name was Crystal Hotel. The location is great because it's placed on the sea front. You will have a nice breakfast at the side of pool. Some of facades of this hotel was new, but some rooms were still old fashioned so the rooms seem less bright.

Great location on the sea front and near the main road through the city. Large comfortable rooms but try to ask for rooms in the newer part of the hotel and not the old.
