They have a very unique design and concept. The owner is so friendly. The best spot to enjoy sunset with a good food. It is better you come here before 5 in order not to miss the sunset.

Hasienda is a great little hotel with a nice roof top restaurant and bar. It lives in large part from it's out of the ordinary charm, styled after a Spanish fantasy villa. It brings a bit of a relaxed Disneyland-like vibe to otherwise unremarkable Kupang. Michael, the owner cares deeply about his guests and is always up for a chat and providing usefull advice.
Food is uniquely varied and even features European national dishes such as Kassler and Sauerkraut.
Compared to other places its not cheap, however, so if you are on a shoestring bakckpacker budget you might instead come for a few social drinks instead of staying long term.
Rooms are good, tidy and clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Recommended!response / report this review -

Super nettes Management. Zimmer einwandfrei und sehr sauber. Top Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Essen ist empfehlenswert. Es kann vorbestellt werden, westlich Küche sowie Indonesische Gerichte. WLAN in den Zimmern leider fast nicht erreichbar. An der Rezeption einwandfrei und relativ schnell. Schöne aussicht von der Dachterasse.

Unique hotel and resto with a view
The roof top bar & resto of this unique, Mexican style (yes, really!) hotel, is a great place to relax. Recently spent an evening there with a friend; eating, drinking margaritas and enjoying the view over Kupang city and bay. The hotel itself is truly different from the (rather boring) average in Kupang, a refreshing place to stay. Can’t believe the rooms are this cheap, the standard of the place as it is. Owner goes out of his way to be helpful. Close to airport with pick up service. Nice place.response / report this review -

A very humble hotel with friendly staff members. Michael is the owner and he is very warmth and forthcoming. He goes all out to help whenever possible and arrangement can be made with him or his workers if you'd like to travel around.
Rooms are affordable and comfortable with huge toilets. Currently upgrading his upper floors so do lookout for the newly renovated open space on the upper floor.
Room service is available and you don't have to wait very long for food. Beer and drinks are self-service and wifi available in the lobby area. Its is about 5 minutes drive from the airport. Strongly recommend if you want to find economical stay in West Timor.response / report this review
