Looking for the open sky dinning area with beautiful sea view? This is one of the must try in Kupang city, especially for the sunset lover. Reasonable price I think. The ATM at the hotel almost complete: BNI, BRI, MANDIRI, Bank NTT.

On of the best option to stay at Kupang. You can enjoy sunset from the room or from the swimming pool. It located near the beach. There are also many restaurant around. Nice place to enjoy your day or enjoy the sunset.

This hotel is one of the 'to go to' hotels in Kupang. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were minimally designed and clean. We were also treated with the gorgeous view of the blue sea right outside of our hotel window. They also offer a beautiful backyard with a clean pool by the sea. A great place to enjoy peaceful holiday accompanied by sunset and sunrise.

Just okay, relatively clean although I'm not sure if they changed the bed linens everyday. On my first day, the bed sheets were wrinkled. So it's either they don't iron their linens, or *gasp!* they don't replace the sheets from the previous guest.

Right by the beach.
Breakfast on the veranda of the restaurant looking at the sea is soooo enjoyable.
The staff are attentive & friendly.
There's a fish market along the road to the left as you exit the hotel. Barbecued fish are served there till about 8 pm

I deeply in love with their beach view and that was my fav first sight!
When you arrive at their lobby, the security will help you carry your luggage to your room (after you check in).
-their breakfast taste : good. (relative)
-room clean : 4/5
-service : 4/5
-gym : mini gym
-view : 10/5 hahaha! I really love it!!
they have beautiful mini garden beside their swimming pool.
The gate as the access to the beach will open at 6.30am.. And you can walking or jogging around outside because there's a long path jogging track also just sit and enjoy the view. ♥

There are stairs down to reach the beach and i think you're allowed to swim, unfortunately the beach is undergoing tide when i was there.

Poor service and management- the staff often did not change towel when I asked to or forgot to provide bottle water. I have paid the room via bank transfer two weeks before I arrived and the front desk kept asking me to pay in person telling me that they did not receive the payment. When I presented the payment receipt from the bank, they did not say a word or apologize. They don't like their guests get the taxi from outside. The hotel driver was very rude and scolded the taxi driver when he came to pick me up. The hotel driver should not have done it especially in front of the guests. The food was awful for breakfast. It was not worth the price.

The best hotel in Kupang IMHO. Great view, especially when you got the sea view. Awesome sunset spot. The room's quite large, clean including the bathroom. Friendly staff. The food is so-so though.
