This is a design hotel, with many design flaws. Like the roof. There is a glass roof on top.of the roof terrace. Imagine what that does when it's 38 degrees Celsius outside
Staff was friendly, but the service was terrible. The water pressure dropped to 0 for 24 hours, the elevator didn't work for another 12 hours, many pieces of equipment were broken. And most problematic of all: the bed was full of flees
On the bright side: the view from the roof terrace was very good, and I liked the swimming pool a lot.response / report this review -

Hotel staff very unhelpful, very rude, and have trouble answering the simplest questions. Very disappointed with the way i was treated, will never come back to this hotel again.

Wifi barely works. Our water is brown / yellow in not only my room but 2 of my friend's rooms. So seems to be a big problem. Not sure why no one noted this is the reviews. They said they fixed the problem but they did not. Nice tub that we cannot use because the water leaves dirt residue. Stayed in other hotels in Bali that had no problem like this. Staying here next few days because it's non refundable . Can't sleep because people are yelling in the hallways at 2 in the morning. 2 stars until they fix the water in room. Wanted to like this place.

The room was just plain sad. We booked else were when we saw the bathroom. Mold everywhere. The lotion bottle and shampoos were already used. There was already used tissues in the trash bins. The shower head looked like it was going to fall apart.. don't stay here..

Nice rooms with lousy Service and probably the worst breakfast in Bali. BUT directly at the beach with breathtaking view on the sea from their rooftop. To come and go can be a nightmare due to traffic jam. Often taxi drivers refuse to bring you back there because of that.

I stayed in this hotel in 2015. Amenities are clean. However, the 'garden' of the hotel suite on the ground floor is a little disappointing because the plants were dying and you could hear the cars drive by and so on.

Nice hotel. Big contrast to what happening just outside the entrance. Modern, clean, good service. Restaurant is best option for breakfast in entire district. ~50k rup per person.
Really, we tried few places, did not get even closer to this hotel's restaurant.
If you not stay in this hotel, then just go here for breakfasts. You won't doubt.
Gym is OK.
