I stayed in the honeymoon suite, it was nice, staff were very friendly, but you could see places where the staff hadn't cleaned in a long time. Breakfast wasn't the best either, but at least they rotated the menu.

All the pics looked great, but upon arrival last week, the customer service was to be desired to say the least. Room's were ok, but not as clean as shown, the hotel is next door to a night club which runs til 2am most nights. They serve the exact same crappy breakfast every morning.

I am giving 5 start to this Hotel, because i had a fantastic experience there.
I stayed for 6 days, and on my first day as i was about to do my payment i realized that 10 minutes before i had been stole 150 pounds in my money exchange in town center, but the young guy at the front desk arrange with the security guy a visit to the same money exchanger and i had my money back ( thanks a million to them ). So after this everything in the hotel was very good , breakfast was good , they provide a scooter rent very good and cheap as well .The room is nice, they have a nice pool area ( not a lot of sun ) and the restaurant is alright.

Hotel is very clean, but not worth the price. The pool is very small and the room we got had no balcony, and the window can NOT be opened Location is quite good! 5min walk to the beach.

Great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and to various yummy restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant is OK, not a great selection at breakfast but it's not too bad.

Nice hotel. Great location. Reasonable price. Stayed here twice. I like it because of the location, just a walking distance to everythg - beach, Seminyak Village Mall and cafes/restaurants. Just that the traffic get worst at night because the hotel is located to the same row as Motel Mexicola. Other than that, everythg is good.

Location wise its really good. A lot of restaurants and few pubs nearby. Situated in a happening place in Seminyak. Good breakfast with clean, neat and tidy rooms.

Friendly staff. Decent sized rooms. A bit small bathroom. Good Ac. Nice pool though not always possible to get a spot in the sun. Within easy walking distance of beach and other restaurants. Decent breakfast.

Convenient location as it was close to most of the hip places in Seminyak. Nice pool. Hotel is comfortable and reasonable. It was a very good deal for the price I paid.

It's the small things. WiFi was really slow - to the point that we had to go to the local k mart for their free wifi instead if we really needed to contact someone. We liked the pool and the restaurant food. the massages down the street are better and cheaper than the massages at this hotel. The local area is not great - we thought it would be nice to be near the beach - and it is close - but the beach is disgusting - full of plastic and litter that washes in from the sea - looks like a garbage dump, so we spent no time at all at the beach. The road has no sidewalks so you have to walk in the street, dodging traffic and sometimes sewage and dirty water is in the street of this hotel. The first room we were put in faced the Motel Mexicola - a party joint about 50m away with very loud music so that we couldn't sleep at night. Then the second room we moved to (with an irritated attitude of the staff) had a very weak AirCon - it was so hot at night that i couldn't sleep even after a cold shower. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, some weren't. The food from the restaurant is good, especially the pizza. The breakfast is bad - it's basically just carbs: potato, bread, noodles, rice, waffles and then like one protein which usually is not very good - chicken sausages which tasted funny/ artificial - some bacon would be nice! they also don't clean the rooms often enough and change the bedding. Also, at the restaurant by the pool they play the same song over and over. Usually I wouldn't be bothered but when they played "jingle bells" over Christmas on repeat for literally 4 days while you're trying to relax by the pool - it gets really annoying! When i asked them to change it they just put a different song on, also on repeat. All in all they're in cost cutting mode but not when it comes to the price they charge guests. In my experience, Bali is not really a worthwhile place to visit in any case - rather go to Thailand - much cheaper and way better!

Great hotel in the centre of seminyak. A short walk to the square where most of the bars and restaurants are and it's another short walk in the opposite direction to the beach. Potato head beach bar is a ten minute walk from the hotel too. Our room had a small balcony but the views weren't that great. The room was a good size, clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small but the large shower make up for lack of space. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was a mix of Indonesian and western foods. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you which really made a difference to our stay. We also used the spa which was professional and very good value for money. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were just ok. I liked the construction of the hotel as the rooms were surrounding the swimming pool. The buffet food was good along with the drinks available. However, I feel like this hotel has very limited supplies as one time, I called for extra towels and the hotel people told me to exchange it with dirty towels that I had at the moment. However, I did not have any dirty towels. Also, there is no fridge provided sadly.

nice place. had a lunch in the garden area close to the sea and it was awesome. A bit hot but of course the staff and management can't do anything about the weather. They had this big moist fans though they helped.

I had 9 extremely important pages to fax to Australia and i asked them over and over to make sure it was done correctly and they asssured me it was and charged me a lot accordingly. I returned to Australia to find they had only faxed 2 of 9 pages. As a result this has cost me 3 weeks lost income.

Really disappointed in our stay. We stayed for 5 nights.
Good points:
- friendly service
- has wifi (although it's not great)
- breakfast selection is nice
- cozy place

Bad points:
- room not always clean
- water pressure isn't great
- sometimes they forget to change our towels
- they don't clean the room very well

The honeymoon suite was not out of this world but the service at this place is 5 star! We loved it because they were so nice and accommodating and the location is perfect, so near to everything
