Clean, comfortable, and spacious room for family. Pool view and access straight from the room balcony. There are 3 nice and clean swimming pools. Friendly staffs

Very bad service..there is no internet wi fi and even its 4 star hotel but they can not provide a shaving kit also.first time i have seen that 4star hotel can not provide a shaving kita littel mosqito in the room but in the hotel has no mosqito mashine.so never cme again. In 2017 if u hve no wi fi and not connected properly .n on the reception area has no ans for this.so understand every body.i give u only one star

Security very disappointed,
They want charge me 150K per day ,
My friend was staying there for 1 week as he booked deluxe 2 bedrooms max 4 pax ,we're 3 pax ,on last day at the hotel they want charge me 😅 ,
Charge extra bills and room bills its assignment for reception not security.

Cozy place.. Have 3 big pool swimming pool.. Always quite.. Its like have private pool.. Near from souvenir shop and convenience store.. But far from kuta beach.. And the room look oldish

Very recomend hotel..I stay 4 days here..the room was so large and the pool its so great coz near the bar. If you go with family it will be FUNtastic. And the great thing is the price is very worth. Grand Kuta Hotel i will be come again.. 😇😇

It's safe to say our stay here was lovely. The people working here are very helpful and courteous. I left my brand new leather shoes under the table and we contacted the lady manager, she said as soon as we checked out the shoes went to lost & found area and when we call to arrange the transport of the shoes. I received it with no hustle. They are very helpful.

This hotel use the apartment experiences, it's include living room and dry kitchen.
situated at Conjunction between Raya Kuta road and Sunset Road, and neighboring food court and other facilities surround it gives more culinary experience.
