I don't like everything about Basko Hotel. Bad room, smelly carpet, and the most terrible is the breakfast.

The room is comfortable, unfortunately wifi is under maintenance while I was staying. The breakfast offers local delicacy, but the dessert is too sweet, but overall is satisfactory. The staffs are very friendly with smiley face.

Quite nice meals, but lack of facility inside room. There is no curtain for shower, the water splash outside of the shower and wet the whole floor. There is no tissue for face. And most important, most of the room dont have window, so bad air circulation

This is a nice hotel, located not far from the Padang city down town. The facility is good enough and he food is also good. Room cleanliness is a bit concern for me. Specially the floor mat, other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

Just couldn't believe that the operator on exit gate required me to pay Rp 5000 just to drop my guest at receptionist this morning, 7:30 am. I even did NOT park here. Only took 2 minutes from entering hotel, dropping the guest, and out from hotel. Sorry to say, I never paid any cost just for dropping my guest in any hotel in Padang or other cities in West Sumatera. This was the first. Really need some improvements as a five-star hotel. Thanks.

Really love the experience in staying at Basko Hotel. All the services, facilities and environment of the Hotel are excellent. I stayed at this Hotel for two days, the room was very clean and neat. I think come back to stay at this hotel again.

Bad hotel for 5 stars hotel. Bad service. Stain on the pillow. Only 1 toothbrush and glass in the bathroom each room.

Please read this review.Today is april 12,2016.i checked in yesterday.here's what i found :
- the shower hose is leaking to the bathroom floor
-you can smell if people smoking in another room
-the breakfast food is bland/tastless
For a 5 star hotel,these things need to be fixed if they want to keep the stars

really love the experience in staying at Basko Hotel. All the services, facilities and environment of the Hotel are excellent. The hotel also located next to Mall, which is good and helpful for me in finding things. I stayed at this Hotel for three days, the room was very clean and neat. So yeah, really looking forward to stay at this hotel again.
