Room was old and dirty. Worms crawling on the walls and ceiling. Room was 20 mins walk from reception, however it is possible to call the golf buģgy for a ride before 11pm. Rising damp in all rooms. Shower over bath. Bath was elevated, so requuires a huge step to enter. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Could not connect to wifi. To their credit, they moved us to a new room when we complained, but did not discount out rate. New room was better but a long way from good. Much better deals can be found nearby.

This is the best hotel I ever been. The park is so green, swimming pools are beautiful, sculptures and waterfall everywhere make the place peacefyl. Just what you expect when you come here.

Beautiful garden, friendly and helping stuff, mind that the rooms are a bit mouldy. We had to change one due to an unpleasant smell.

The location is very nice. But the service is not so great here. We stayed there for three days in the villa but there were so many problems. There were bugs in the rooms as well as the cockroaches and lizards. The wifi system didn’t work for two days. The place was quite dark as well. I mean the light was not enough in the room as well. Plus the rooms were not clean for a 3star hotel. I would give positive feedback to the restaurant they had some good food. Overall I didn’t expect bad service from the well unknown hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good in the middle of lush greenery and mountains. Rooms are clean and cosy and resort is really well maintained and great in all aspects. ppl were responsive in case of need. There were two pools. Lots of birds and fishes also in internal compound. I am from India so i didnot found breakfast with much options. We had eggs and fruits as always. Restaurant is expensive and so about other places as well. You can go to super market nearby and buy all sort of stuff to survive happily. Great stay all over!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Average breakfast. Not ecological, even they claim to be. Towels and sheets are changed everyday even you indicate they are not needed to be changed. AC does not turn off when you leave the room.

Not what it makes out to be. Place is nice but run down. A long way up and down hills if at back to get to front. No buffet breakfast. Same same every morning 😣

Pertiwi resort and spa very nice place to stay if you are walking inside the territory or scrolling pictures on internet.
Unfortunately when we were transferred for one night from their sister hotel (Pertiwi Bisma 1) we had a little bit different experience. Their TOP class apartment (we were staying in 404) with swimming pool looked awful.. Pictures will illustrate it.response / report this review -

Great place to visit, stay, or attend a meeting. The staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. The restaurant is excellent, although a bit pricey in comparison to other restaurants and cafes on Monkey Forest Rd. Having said that, I just love the Pertiwi team so I may be favourably biased

Loved this hotel! 2 gorgeous, clean pools and a decent breakfast. Really friendly staff and rooms were kept clean and well stocked with towels. 5 minute walk from monkey forest. Love Ubud :)

Very cozy atmosphere and location is great, but The only minus with the place is that the hotel area is huge, and I'd you're unlucky you end up in the far side of the hotel area, and it's a bit of a walk.

Beautiful, quiet and well preserved resort in the heart of Ubud. Great location, friendly and professional stuff and great beds. Breakfast a little bit pricey for value. 2 swimming pools to relax. WiFi could be improved in the rooms also. Apart from that, everything else is perfect.

The place itself is lovely. Feels like you're living in a park. The service usually is good, on occasions some of the staff seem moody but that's tolerable. The rooms are nice and big and it's bang in the centre of where most activity is happening. It can be a task to get to your rooms late at night though, especially if they are right at the end of the property.

The place is great. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bedding and the pillows are all great quality and comfortable. The ambience is also quiet and comfortable. They have swimming pool, which are quite big, the pool is clean and well designed. The villa suites is pretty far from the main lobby, but they could transport you by golf cart.
The wi-fi is available, but generally have low speed and low quality. The cleaning service sometimes a bit late to clean up the room.response / report this review -

Schönes Hotel mit wunderschöner Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön, jedoch die Nasszellen sind veraltet und bedürften einer Erneuerung. Nicht genügend Liegestühle bei den beiden Pools. Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant hat nicht begeistert. War jedoch nicht so schlimm, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Auswahl an Restaurants gross ist.
