Nothing amazing. Pool bar is vastly inadequate and uninspiring. Rooms are fine. Restaurant is a huge missed opportunity that would be busy if only they improved the food.

Place is clean but showing its age. You will get a deal at this hotel. Breakfast isn't the best but the staff are extremely friendly & do a sensational job.

Love that Baleka is mostly quiet ,staff very friendly and helpful. It is clean and breakfast is lovely. In all it is great place to stay.

Charming old school resort with a Bali feel. Gorgeous staff. Hotel needs some maintenance, but clean, friendly and safe place to stay. Very short walk to beach and everything.

Stayed there about 9 times, and going back in Jan.. top spot for us, friendly and helpful.
3 star so, you get what you pay for, at the prices don't expect 5 star treatment.
If you want up market hotel go 5 star but this is great for us.

You get what you pay for. The location is fantastic, the pool & gardens very neat and tidy. We stayed in a deluxe room which was adequate. The staff did not offer any real welcome or introduction to the area or hotel & harassed almost incessantly one day for signatures (we signed 3 times for one order). The restaurant although manned 24 hours is sub standard and you are far better off walking next door for meals. If a good clean and economical location is what you are after then you'll love Baleka.

Quite nice indeed. Renovation and noise still happening June 2014. Mosquitoes waiting for us inside room suite. Pool and reception nice, welcome drink was nice. Lots of Australians. Sports bar Gula Gula is very Australian.

Stayed in the family room with 4 friends which has 2 large bedrooms, two large bathrooms a kitchenette a lounge area and the only balcony which overlooks the pool and the rest of the hotel - makes you feel like a king! Music is obnoxious at 11am though but wasn’t much of a bother. I’d go back in a jiffy!
