This was a horrible hotel. The fridge didn't work, neither did the internet. I went to ask about it and nobody speaks a single word of English. The hotel was probably nice 30 years ago but not a single upgrade since. My room had a horrible smell to it, and was dusty and dirty. Don't be fooled by the good comments. They obviously don't know what a good hotel is.

The property is nice but needs some maintenance. If you book here, do not book with breakfast, as there are limited options and very small quantity. Go across the road to Happy Pancake (open from 0800) or to R The Warung 168 if you need breakfast before 0800. Both have larger breakfasts and are less expensive. The Chinese Restaurant here is great for dinner.

This hotel looked very old. The hotel room I got was pretty dusty and dirty. Some of the towels and pillow cases had stains. The wooden floor was messed up.

Grand Jimbaran hotel looks very clean and new. Rooms are spacious and have great clean bathrooms. The location is not that great. It's pretty far from the beach and the neighborhood doesn't have good sidewalks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to the travelers looking for a reasonable price with decent level of comfort.

Kamar yg nyaman serasa drumah, petugas ramah, masakanya enak, lengkap servis untuk dkamarny yg tidak pernah saya dapatkan dr hotel2 lain, saat pertama datang kamar cukup bersih kekuranganya hanya sedikitttt yaitu saat make up room kurang bersih nyapunya, masih banyak kotoran yg tertinggal.

Personnel très aimable et toujours à l'écoute ! On a été accueilli avec un rafraîchissement, alors que notre arrivée n'était pas du tout prévu. Très belle piscine bien entretenue. Chambre spacieuse, lit king size Très bon hotel !

We went during the off season. The staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and accommodating even when it came to booking tours or hire scooters with external businesses. very clean and comfortable. Also liked it that it was in Jimbaran and not in the western style resort areas like Noosa Dua.
