Staff very friendly. Beautiful place, nice, quiet, relaxing. Free transport to Kuta and airport. Rooms clean. Breakfast with variety options.

Big problem is restaurant. Often staff is missing, service is slow and sometimes you hear several times "we don't have.." If everything else wouldn't be so perfect I would rate lower. Restaurant service should work in four star villa resort. Gave verbal feedback on this matter.

it was pleasant stay at alindra villa for 4 days, our villa was big with our own pool and garden and open breakfast area, breakfast was served in our villa every morning, helpful and friendly front desk staff, will try to stay there again when next in bali in same villa may be.

Very pleasant stay. My villa has private pool. Quite refreshing and very close to nature without any outside noise. One can hear the birds chirp at any time of the day. I liked my stay there very much.

My brother's wedding was there so we rent all the Terracotta villas for a few days. The location is not on the main road, which is great if you want some privacy plus peace & quiet. The road is a bit small though. Room sizes are generous and the place is clean. They are a bit old school with room keys (not key cards) so you have to be mindful about shuffling keys around if you have a big group. The service staff are friendly though sometimes they can be forgetfull about your requests. Food are not amazing but you can always solve that with gojek app and order food through there.

Nice pool villa near uluwatu.
We stayed briefly in Bougenville Villa and it was super nice since it got its very own pool, open air pantry, private spacious garden that would be perfect for BBQ/garden party and group gathering.
The ambience is nice and peaceful, it isn't noisy at all even though the main road is not so faraway. It got the home-like feelings which is supported by helpful and friendly staffs who are all very welcoming.

Nice place to stay in in genral. But you need to be ready for the mosquitoes everywhere inside the room .nothing help to let them go. The place is little far from kuta u need taxi all the time ,you can't be anywhere by walking

Excellent staff, they go out of their way to assist their guests. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The food however was not great. Still worth five stars for excellence in all other aspects of services.

Polite and friendly staff, always ready to help us with queries related to booking taxi, researching on good scuba diving places etc. Complimentary breakfast served in the morning. They even packed us our breakfast on the day we had to leave early.
It's the authentic Bali Villa style living, with beautiful rooms.

I really like this place. They have different types of rooms. All rooms have are very big and lovely. We took three different rooms and three of them are very beautiful and services are also very nice. Staff is also good. And drivers which they provide also very good

Very Clean, Great Service ! Excellent quality!!
We are from Honolulu Hawaii and honeymooning in Bali. We checked in to Alindra Villa two days ago. We had previously stayed in Seminyak and decided to moved to more less-party place. Alindra is our answer.
We booked Royal Pool Villa for the first night and Junior Pool Villa for 3 nights.
For the price we are paying, the villas are in very great quality and we were amazed by the size of the villa.
Upon checking in, the font desk asked us if we want our welcome massage (15 mins) and a fresh juice (a real nice touch!).
The emplyees there are extremely helpful and courteous. I am already arranging another trip to Bali and it is most likely that we will stay there.
The location is about 5 mins from the main road. If you don't want to walk, just ask the front desk to call the cab (really fast!!!)
The location is about 3 USD cab ride from the Nusa Dua Beach and Bali Collection.
If you are into street food and local food (where there is not that many tourist or tourist trap), I would recommend to ask the front desk where to eat within the vicinity. The M Mart is about 8 mins walk.

But here's the problem, we thought we booked the entire villa from their website directly. The bell boy was trying to lock one room in the royal villa but I told him I will keep both room keys. We though they are being lazy and don't want to clean it. Apparently which is not the case, its their policy. My wife was very upset. (this was the hotel management policy and their website/marketer). However, the villa coordinator named Mr. Nyoman allow us to have access to the second room, he then talked to the management. (maybe explain that their web has a minor glitch and need more clarification on "access to rooms and the price). They are fixing this issue.
But the manager clarified with management and have us access to all the rooms in the villa. Special thanks to Mr. Nyoman and his team. They are on of the best service oriented folks I ve seen in South East Asia!!!

Order their Spa service! Its very inexpensive, don't go the one around the corner. Its a tourist trap, targeting toward Japanese touristfor one hour of Balinese for 45 USD (Are you kidding me, this is Waikiki price!!!). So just get the Spa from Alindra !!!!! its less than half the price !!!
