Once you enter the hotel, can't tell that you are in a cruise wannabe. However the lobby split staircase do have the cruise ship feel. The room is decent with soft bed and pillows. Reception to tv buggy. The toilet and shower corner need to be maintained properly and safety in mind. Almost slipped on the floor after bathing. The indoor open air swimming pool also need to maintain as the vinyl floor is bulging out. The gym have most of the equipment but need to maintain. One machine have weight plate broken. Breakfast decent eatable.

Kind of old building with old facilities. Restaurant is full of various food of Nusantara. Room is old. But you will enjoy spa, hot pool, cold pool, swimming pool to relax. Best facilities for its price of you don't mind the old things of the hotel.

Hotel decor is beautiful, the exterior is shaped like a huge cruise ship. Banquet food is great, so is the Chinese restaurant offering buffet dim sum at affordable prices. Swimming pool facilities a little run down and usually crowded. Overall not too bad to bring along family for a vacation stay as rooms are clean. Just that there is a non family friendly ktv in the adjacent smaller 'ship' building.

Hotel with fancy and luxury decorations and cozy room. Dont forget about swimming pool, conference room, cafe and restaurant (some serve all you can eat buffet at certain time)

Shaped like a cruise ship, this classic bayside hotel is a 15-minute walk from Harbour Bay ferry terminal and 19 km from the airport.

Outside a super expensive yacht, inside titanic being salvaged from deep sea. But the nasi goreng kampong is good though and cheap! Try at kampung pedas program Mon to Fri only Rp15k Don't grab other menu just nasi goreng, egg, cucumber, tomato, and salted fiish for 15k

There free shuttle bus is ONLY meant for you to check-in & check-out. Not available to shopping, so be careful. We tot can use & arrange pick up but end up they didn’t appear until we call them.
Also don’t even apologise for the wrong info. Worst the wifi is share amount 3 to 4 rooms, very damp slow & keep disconnecting
Yes, very polite if you can speak their language. If you don’t know how to speak Malay suggest you learn first before you go there. Coz they don’t even understand basic English
Overall, my 4d3n stay very unpleasant, totally don’t even enjoy my stay at all. Don’t think can call it a 4 Star & also not worth a single starresponse / report this review -

Hotel, KTV, Live DJ / Disco a ship built on land as a place to party only go there after 10=11pm any time of the week.. as it kicks off late and goes all night

comfortable for long stay. facilities and amenities are very completely also working as good new. Breakfast was so good. Staff very helpful and friendly. And The important things from Pacific is the building like a cruise. recommended!

Spent NYE here and got a very bad experience. There is no reason for coming here again.
First, the room is kinda old. Too dark even though it's spacious.
Second, there are some pubs or club beneath and will disturb your sleep time. So I don't recommend for family to come here.
Yes, and last. The staff is exceptionally rude and have no manners. For the very first time I found such an arrogant reception. We charged for a meal at coffeeshop WHICH WE NEVER DID. It showed how bad their service since anyone can claim the receipt to our hotel room. THEN, since we declined to pay, the reception guy took out some singapore dollars as if he would pay. We did not care how everything was solved, but the worst thing, he was like looking down on us only because we cannot pay BUT PAYING WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.
Seriously you will never meet such a jerk staff other than here.

Ashame were not really on water
Many good facilities nice pool area with jacuzzis and kids pool and gym sauna etc
Nice restaurants and bars
In evening nightclub
Has casino with many poker machines with jackpots
Karaoke rooms
Everything you need for your on ship experience

The hotel has great and unique architecture. Some of the facilities they have: bar, club, swimming pool, spa, restaurants, gift shops and even cafe lounge with mini music quartet (in lobby). The place is a popular wedding banquet hall for its enormous function room, able to house 200 tables (that's 2,000 pax). Everythin is great here, except only for service which IMHO seems to lack for a 4-star hotel.

Stayed at this place twice and they have good customer service. Staff are able to speak and understand decent english. Rooms cleanliness, maintenance and equipment could be improved. Try to avoid rooms near the bow of the ship(hotel) where the disco/bar is. It can get a little loud at night.
Food menu are decent but lacks vegetarian options, although you can request for special diet requirements but you'll probably need to state your dietary requirements in Bahasa Indonesia. But there are vegetarian food near Nagoya Hill Shopping which is about 10mins walk from the hotel.
The hotel is about 5mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The night view of the hotel is stunning with lights and the night breeze.
