My family of 18 booked and paid for non smoking room but ended up given smoking room. They could not change all our rooms except a few due to their occupation full. Felt that they should have informed us early when we book.

Friendly and polite staff, enjoyed my stay here, room was slightly dark and the pool was a little cloudy. They had a very decent buffet spread though. In overall, my stay was rather pleasant!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall experience was good except for the part where our hotel room type got mixed up. It wasn't the hotel's fault but the way it was handled wasn't very professional. The front desk just ask us to contact the third party to deal with the mix up. Breakfast spread was good and the room was comfortable.

Bonafide Hotel. Large Room.
4 Star hotel located at Batam Island nearby downtown area. Close to shopping mall and Ferry Terminal Nagoya Batam.
Service quite outstanding, not to miss the food taste is fabulous.

Personally my preferred choice of hotel if i arrived to Harbourbay ferry terminal. Buffet is a good spread with various food from hot food to cold dishes to deserts. They even had a personal chef to bbq for you like satay, hotdog..etc. Room is spacious and cozy, not too big nor too small, perfect for 2 person. Toilet is clean. There is a convenient store that operate 24 hours just in front of a hotel.

Located within walking distance to the harbour. Stay here if you want to catch the earliest boat to Singapore. The hotel was great, but the downside is the room is not clean enough. But overall, it was a nice stay here.

Location wise it's near to the Ferry Terminal, it's only 5mins walk away. Rooms: They have Smoking and Non-Smoking hotel rooms. So non-smokers need not have to be uncomfortable with family members or friends that are smoking in the room. Service: Great!! Always have a smile on their face. Greets guest when guests enters or leaves the Hotel.

Had came with my family for a church event. Room was not ready when we entered, mineral water bottles were missing, towels not replaced etc but was solved promptly by housekeeping after calling for room service. However, overall the stay was great. Hotel had a huge selection of food made available for morning breakfast buffet and staff will also call for a taxi if you need it.

Nice room, with Windows facing the outdoor garden. Outdoor pool available albeit small but still pretty decent. Gym facilities also available. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful with any queries regarding ferry as well as any attractions available in Batam. Location very easily accessible from Harbour Bay ferry terminal with supermarket and good dining places available nearby. Would go there again.

Good hotel nearby the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (walking distance). Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. Connected to a shopping centre but rather rundown. There is Blitz Megaplex Cinema inside the shopping mall. The hotel features elegant and grand lobby design. Check-in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. However there is a little clog in our toilet wash basin. Overall, pleasant stay, would recommend.

The breakfast buffet spread is surprisingly large and the food is better than what I had in other hotels here. But given that it's quite an old hotel, we spotted a number of cockroaches in the room itself. They need to do something about the pest problems here.

SUMMARY:
I absolutely love the location. Located within minutes of walking from Harbour Bay Terminal, this is one of the best hotels for tourists who are looking to explore the city center of Nagoya

ROOM:
I stayed in a deluxe room and the size is definitely huge. My children absolutely love the space and so did I. The room is a little quaint though

FOOD:
Hotel breakfast was great with a big spread and variety. I also had their Saturday Night Super Buffet during my stay and again, big spread.I enjoyed the food.

FACILITIES:
They have a nice gym and pool. The pool though is rather small for my preference. There is a spa here but I did not have the time to visit yet

SERVICE:
This is probably my favorite part of the hotel, their service. Keep up the good work

I would like to thank Angga and Alex for your warm hospitality. Also all the F&B staff who tolerated my children messiness during our meals. Along with the receptionists who are proficient and profesional

Love the spacious rooms and it's within walking distance from the terminal. There's great seafood and bakery within a 5 mins walk. Massage opposite the hotel is good too. No shuttle provided if you were to go to any shopping malls, they are about 50-70k rupiah away though. Quite worth it if you buy Groupon deal. I will be back again.

Great chain hotel with amazing lobby design. Love the ambience. The place is spacious, but rooms are just okay, and many would say abit overpriced for the design and facilities. Parking is ample because of separate building entrance for parking.

Great spread for breakfast and dinner buffets. Love their pastries. Dimsum buffet has wide selection. Walking distance to seafood restaurants by the shore, some have live bands.

Great service overall. Checked in at 3 and room was not ready, but compensated with a late check out. Rooms were clean and spacious, good breakfast spread. Asked for ice in the middle of the night and they promptly delivered!

I ever stay in Swiss bel hotel for more then a week. I feel soooooooo good. And I don't want to go home. .because the breakfast so nice.. Also the service so good. So clean. Heeemmmmmm.. I stared to missing that's moment. Oh. Also very close to sopping mall. And also restaurant. Also has seafood restaurant. Very close to ferry terminal

Ok, I have to admit, Im not familiar with the hotel scene in Batam. We were about 1 week there and spent the days in 2 hotels. Swis-Belhotel Batam is our second one.

What I least like is the location. Fullstop.

Good food. One of the best breakfast. But sadly they do not use good sanitary. My closet was unable to flush clean after more than 10 times flushing. I hope they replace the sanitary aquipment with better products and one more. Water heater was not works well.

A great experience, with quite an affordable rate. The chips and beverages at the lobby are offered free of charge too, which is great! Despite the added security measures that may discomfort and/or inconvenience many, the security officers are polite and cheerful too. Even though the SIGMA lifts are slow, at least it brings us to our destination. Though one thing for sure is that if you take anything from the minibar, you will be charged accordingly but this is a great hotel!
