We stayed for 2 nights at Turi Beach for my wife's birthday celebration. The management prepared a surprised cake and sang the birthday song to my wife which she enjoyed and appreciated a lot. Since I am a novice photographer, I got to practice photography skills with the beautiful sunrise and sunset by the beach. Food was perfect, but we are not aware their servings are really huge when it comes to set meal. They just need to find out ways on how to lessen the mosquitoes in the area.

Big resorts. Equipped with all facilities. Two big pools facing the beach. The rooms are spread along the beach. The room size is big. You will have a lot of privacy. Hotel staff is very helpful. Minus one star for the pricey food and spa.

Beautifully build property on a secluded pretty beach with blue waters. Rooms are spacious and all are facing the sea. Resort is offering good selection of activities (chargeable). Service while very friendly could be better, lacking a bit of maintenance as well as promptness or initiative.

I had pleasant stay at here. It was my family trip with my children. The start wasn't so good but the manager who is named Zaenal did everything I've needed. He is so delicate and considerate. He remembered our names instantly and asked questions initiatively for further help. I've traveled countless countries but he is a definitely best hotelier ever. If I visit here again, it's only because of him. Thank you for having us great memories here. Hope to see you again!

The resort is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are beautiful--much better than they look in the pictures. The private porches are wonderful, and the interior of the rooms have gorgeous vaulted ceilings with artful accent lighting. The food was, as is common for resorts, mediocre and a bit pricey. There really isn't a beach to speak of -- it's Rocky and largely covered by the tide. We spent most of our time by the pool. I wouldn't recommend this for a true Beach vacation, but it's a nice place to rest up on a weekend trip.

One of the best hotel/resort that I have ever been to. Driving here could be a bit of a challenge. Cheap foods can be found within 15 minutes of driving. I do not recommend ordering from the hotel as its a bit expensive. Swimming pool is awesome. Great scenery!

The resort is by the beach and my travel mates and I went on the jet ski. The jet skiing experience was exhilarating and people should try. The prices of the water sports were generally expensive and the resort was located at a rather remote location. If guests would like to participate in water sports, they could get it at a cheaper price if they research online. The food at the Japanese Western restaurant was of decent quality but the portion was on the small side. Overall it was a good getaway but it is far from the best getaway one could get

Location was near the nongsa get terminal with a shuttle service to the beach resort. It was about a 7 minute drive. Arrived and was served drinks by the staff and they were very helpful with my requests. The view was great with a private bar and jetty, several pools and beach front area. The view from the rooms were facing the beach with a great view too

There are not many food choices and amenities nearby the resort other than the restaurants in the resort itself. Ordering a cab to the city is also fairly expensive. The good thing is the view and the scenary. It's gorgeous

Good place for weekend gate away..
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.. Bathroom also spacious, with hot shower but no Bathtub..
You can enjoy the pool and having a glass cold beer in the pool bar, or you can enjoying the calm beach with beautiful scenery
Beware of the mosquito's, always close your nett door to avoid mosquito's enyering your room In this place you can play many water activities such as jet ski, banana boat, etc..

Was coming for a relaxing poolside one-day vacation somehow saw no one in the pool. The chalet itself is ok. But for the price Singaporean paying enjoying the Indonesian resort, it’s just an escape for Singaporean but not for others.

A good experience although a bit lacking in maintenance, hence the 4 star rating. If you're not deterred by a few beauty blemishes this place is for you. Great and friendly staff, nice local and international food selection.

+ ‎Good service.

- Paid WiFi. (In some public spot there is free WiFi tho)
- ‎Can't swim without swimming suit. (They sell swimming suit. So go figure).
- ‎Broken electronic (Some electric port doesn't work. Refrigerator doesn't work)
- A lot of mosquitoes around the area. (They even provide mosquito repellent in their rooms)

It was an okay resort I guess, good location to the beach, swimming pool. There should be enough to entertain young children. Now the negative: horrible dinner at indonesian restaurant (soup served cold! mosquito bites etc). Do not leave food in the room! We bought dinner in advance and left them in the room for short sunset walk and returned to find 3 geckos inside the plastic bag of our dinner! We have to throw the dinner away :(

Absolutely wonderful staff, elegant architecture and so very cozy. Came here for a weekend getaway and it's really a jewel. Will definitely come back here. All the amenities you'd want and more, and can't sing enough praises of their excellent service.

Excellent resort with courteous staff and a range of amenities. Perfect for a 1 night stay, just 30 minutes away from bustling Singapore. The rooms were clean, and big, and there are two swimming pools, and also a range of water sports activities. Restaurant is decent. A good photo-op is the promontory/jetty from the beach into the sea. Prices on Batam are also much lesser compared to nearby Bintan.

Location is amazing and we were able to stay right by the sea. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Some times people do not understand English so you have to be patient.

Service takes a while and repeat calls from the hotel room. Rooms are okay but not maintained neatly. Food is pretty good but definitely expensive. A bottle of water (500 ml) costs 3$. Taxi can be booked at reasonable cost from the lobby.

Noise and overpriced. 😡 We weren't picked up at the ferry terminal as confirmed via email. Had to find our own way to the hotel. Food is bad and overpriced. Drinks are even worse. No pre warning of corporate events going on all weekend. From Friday to Sunday evening there was entertainment going on for corporate groups. Therefore the hotel was overrun by people shouting and screaming. People swimming in their clothes in the pool. Pools are not very clean on top of that. Have to pay for WIFI in the room. Restrooms smell. The beach is mainly used as entertainment area. So noisy at the beach as well. Hardly any lighting towards the guest rooms (you have to walk through the garden to get to the restaurant/your room). Unbelievable amount of insects and no curlers provided. Hardly any hot water even though I turned on the heater 30min before showering. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to on Batam.

Horrible experience.
Upon check in no body initiated to escort us or give us hands with the bags even though our room was quite far away from the main lobby which was like 3 floors different without elevator and plus 5 muts of walking. We had to asked for it after we realized it was not possible to do it by ourselves.

Room was not clean. Bed sheet was dirty with hairs and stain. Had to ask them to change.

I ordered the room service and asked them to clear away the dish when they visited our room to change the bed sheet. They did clear away the dish from the room but put it in front of the entrance outside and the dish was there until we check out.

Mosquito never die. We used up whole can of insecticide but had to spend sleepless night with the mosquito. Got bites on the face No control for the bugs.

This is the place to go for some relaxation and cool activities. From room services to friendly staffs and other facilities available. The place is very well maintain and i super love the Emerald pool. The food always satisfy my stomach and they do change the breakfast menu daily. Everything we did here, have a beautiful view. The only downside was mosquitos. But not to worry, they have baygon spray for the room and lotion to be applied on before going to sleep. Trust me, it helps!

Awesome getaway for those who crave to hear the waves crashing against the shore and enjoy the view of vast waters.

Food here is not too bad, reasonably priced considering the extra cost to be incurred should 1 get out to the batam centre, which is a 50 mins ride out.

People here are nice and friendly. Rooms pretty well maintained, despite its rate of occupancy.

Spa here not too bad too, those coming on weekends/public holidays to do their booking early to avoid disappointment.

I reserved 2 nights. But resort checked me in 1 night. When I realized the mistake on the first day of arrival, I immediately informed the reception. However, the next day, I still received reminder phone call to check out. Housekeeping team also came to my room to ask when I would check out. Thus, I asked him to check with reception for the mistake.
Other than this minor mistake, the staff was friendly. The environment was tranquil. Not crowded. You can have a peace of mind here.

It's a beautiful beach resort. I like it very much. I have a visit here at week day. So, without too much people. It's very quiet. A good choice to come here not at holidays for the guys do not like noise. Will back again with families.

Stayed at Riani Deluxe room - beach facing! Lovely view of the beach. Well maintained property. Cheerful and smiling staff. Taming Sari Cafe and Nogusaya Teppanyaki Grill are good restaurants. TSPA is the in house spa and we got a nice relaxing massage. If you ask for a better deal, they do offer one and it comes to 10-15% lesser. They also a water sports arena called Cabana Club which has reasonable water sports available. Overall worth a weekend trip.

I didn't exactly hate my trip here, but also wasn't overly satisfied with it. There was a wedding taking place, which meant my room had to be at the edge of the resort. The room I had booked was an ocean-front, but I didn't have a full panoramic view. Couldn't visit the bar too since it was booked out for the wedding, so the first night, I only had room service for dinner. I would avoid ordering the fish & chips or the satay. The staff though, were very friendly and quite prompt with my requests. The room was clean, although I did notice the jar of moisturizer wasn't replaced, and does seemed to have been used by the previous occupant. Overall, considering the price of the room, it was still worth the stay, and service was good. Just think they could do more to set themselves apart from other resorts.

I recently went on a weekend trip to turi beach and stayed at the riani wing for 2 nights. It was highly recommended by my sister who went there quite often. My stay there was wonderful. The room is clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom is very spacious and equipped with the basic amenities. The balcony has a leather sofa for guests to lounge and enjoy the sea view and breeze. The pool area is nice and clean and the food is excellent.

I especially want to recommend a Guest Service Assistant,Tora, who followed up closely with me for my entire trip. Tora gave me prompt updates and assurances throughout my booking. He takes special attention to make sure we are comfortable in our rooms.

I will definitely book with Turi Beach again!
