Good place to relax. But view point wise bit disappointed, not so great beach view. Have to walk to Turi beach for sports and beach view. Professional staff, friendly staffs. For rooms car to drive from lobby.

First Impression(Stay 5D4N in Resort):
1. Building&System Hotel: The Building design is combine between modern&Traditional. Has facilities complete like Bar, Restaurant, Small Supermarket & can also flexible charge into room if you are not enough bring cash. This resort accept any credit card,cash, debit and almost accept every credit card. System payment is straightforward & you must pay in advanced before you enjoy your stay + note your credit card only without add charge again(I.E: you must pay the total cost 5MIDR in advanced + They will noted your credit card number only);

2. People: Very patient although we have a lot of request that time & really flexible. So I'm really appreciated & thank you so much for your hospitality. People in here is very Friendly.

3. Food: I can consider very good for some Indonesian, Chinese , Italian foods; This restaurant is open 24h(you need to get re-confirm again ya); Keep clean for all foods especially for some bird will come to eat also ya, make sure you always have good cover kay..

4. Transport: Hotel has transport based on destination and each destination has different price. You also can choose 4H for round trip & the price is consider moderate is mean not so cheap & not so expensive.

5. Hotel Rooms: Consider clean as resorts; Pressure water (Hot & Cold) is really good; Toilet water pressure also good, provide two towel also & soap like usual. has deposit box too, has mini bar too, and place to hanging our cloths. Bed in here is really nice, i can sleep properly although there is my friends snoring very loud..

6. Views: Beautiful.. That's all..

Conclusion: Overall stay in here is really excellent experience. There is minor view that i saw & check like some ceiling is open a little bit, so please keep regular check & always maintain the good condition ya. Also you need to think how you can cover the foods to avoid birds is coming. So please keep clean & keep the good work and always maintain very well for the overall resorts ya..Clean is number one, so please don't forget ya..

Beautiful view, but sadly I couldn't enjoy it enough because there were so many boats/yachts parked on the beach (rich people, I can't blame them tho). The villas are great and comfortable (big rooms, big windows), only need a lil more maintenance.

For Indonesia it's pretty good, compared to the Western world this marina misses on protection against the waves and in service. The price is at least double of what it should be, abusing the fact that Singapore us nearby. Showers and toilets are poor. Back to basics. No shops for parts at the premises. Marine office does try to help and is very friendly, organises several events.

We recently stayed overnight at Nongsa Point Marina Hotel, prior to setting sail for the equator in the Neptune 2018 Regatta. The hustle and bustle of Batam Island is likely a difficult experience for newcomers but our stay at Nongsa Point Marina Hotel served as an insulating oasis from the outside. The ethical style of the management and all of the staff we came in contact with was impeccable as was the accommodation standard, culinary service, pricing and overall relaxation experience.

1. Service is good. Staffs are friendly.
2. The view is ok.
3. Couldn't find air-cond's remote control. The air-cond of our chalet was opened before we moved in our luggage.
4. A buffet dinner is prepared for our company's year end party. The food is bad. The meats were not cooked properly. I could see some blood in the chicken wings.

The place and the room is big and the staff were nice and helpful. Available food they offer is great, price is bit higher compared to other resorts in the island. Overall stay was great.

A pleasant and nice resort. Suitable for those looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat. 40 minutes away from Singapore by ferry. Room was clean and neat. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast however, was way below average.

Great place for refreshing and enjoy playing in the beach with family, they recently put floating trampoline in front of the beach, try it out and jump all the way you want or knock your buddy of the trampoline so they fall into the sea XD

Nice place to stay with your friends, very enjoy the place, villa so huge, but aircon in living room not that cold, but it's ok. I got 3 rooms in a one villa, one of them have a bathup. Recommended place to stay. There's a wifi connection but with passw, maybe they charge for it, but who need internet connection when you enjoy the holiday?

The drink upon arrival was quite pleasant. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, lots of space and AC in each bedroom, however bathrooms were poorly maintained and quite disgusting. The online ad boasts free wifi, this is only partially true. It is free in the lobby but is absolute garbage and they advertise for 15$/day you can get it in your room/villa where it is substantially better. My first meal at the restaurant I decided on a burger, it was horribly undercooked and bright pink on the inside, after showing the waiter she apologized and had another made this however was my only issue.The food is mediocre and drinks seem overpriced, if you order soda/pop they bring you a can and a glass full of ice. Personally I do not foresee myself returning however if you decide to stay I would recommend purchasing any drinks or snacks before arrival as there is only one small "general store" on the resort and is quite expensive and lacks selection.

The houses are great for group and family getaways, even though you will tend to climb up and down to and from the lobby and beach areas. It's quite aways from the city so be prepared to drive or hire one to get around the island.

The house for our group of 6 was large and clean. The resort itself was huge and had access to the nearby Turi Beach where you can do various water activities.

9 of Us stayed at Nongsa Point Marina Resort from 18th to 20th December 2015.
Resort is very relax. We Love It! 👌😎
Staff that attend to us are very friendly..
I would like to highlight a few best staff that the Resort should be proud of. They are;
Andre, Nita, Tony, Faris, Anggie and a few more and Billy, the staff that receive us at Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal.
Definitely will be there again next year! 👌😎
