Nice location with Stunning view. I was with family and kids. Servise is very poor. Rooms are not up to the standard. Bathrooms are very old. Main doors can’t locked and feel insecure. Very disserpointed.

Stopped in for drinks which were good but the service was horrible. It took 1 hour for our food which wasn’t that good. We ordered a pizza that was edible but not by much. The green curry was the best thing about dinner however, the portion size was so small.

Went there for drinks and apetizer. It is such a nice looking place with a beautiful pool perfect for sunset. Unfortunately it is overpriced and the service was bad. waited 30minutes for nachos which was a tiny portion served with baked beans really disappointing.

Great ocean view from bar, friendly staff, rooms and grounds showing age could use at least a paint job and general maintenance. However, appropriate for the price. We'd come back.

Nice, clean rooms and not to expensive. Only downside is that you need to go outside of your hut to go to the bathroom.

We stay 2 days in this hotel,nice view and place but very bad service and very rude of staff..we was feel unhappy stay there.we can't recommend this place and can't make video for our YouTube..bath room very dirty and also so many rats in room night time.and next room to much sound fighting and screaming.we can't sleep properly.

The room is nice but maybe you better to choose the cottage for the better bathroom. There is no tv in the room but you always have free wifi. The food is ok but little bit expensive. The view is great and really near with the mushroom beach.

We initially booked two nights at this place. After the first rough night with RATS climbing over my girlfriend's face, we wanted to switch rooms. Despite the lack of a decent apology the service offered us to spread breadcrumbs around our lumbung, so the rats do not go into our bedroom.
As they also could not offer us another apartment in their hotel, we just left.
It is too bad that such a nice location offers such a bad service. I cannot recommend the place.response / report this review -

Nice place and location! However, there is a temple right next to the accomadation. Where they were praying for 4 hours on a loud speaker every morning and night. Ruined my sleep.

At one point in history this place must have been lovely, but now it is just sad and this is reflected by the staff. The location itself is stunning (hence one extra star), with a lush green garden and a sunset view over Mushroom Bay but the place is falling apart. Everything is literally broken and worse: our bungalow was dirty, especially the bathroom. And even after repeatedly asking them to clean it, they did not do it. Additionally, the restaurant serves very mediocre food.
So, cannot recommend this place, there must be nicer places on Lembongan.response / report this review -

Nice and quiet place for staying for couple of nights. We enjoyed kitchen and breakfasts over there as well as pool and seacret 🌴 around. Very nice place that I would recommend.

We went here for dinner and we were so disappointed. The staff in the restaurant were very unfriendly and didn't seem to want our service, didn't even smile. But the worst part was the foodit was by far the worst food we have ever had in Bali. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a nice meal.
