Fantastic place to stay in Sanur come here everytime this place has a special feeling about it great rooms service and pool. The staff are excellent and the food glorious.

This small "resort style" hotel has a modern property civered in beautifull plants and art. The rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable. It is however very noisy as the hotel is jext to every other hotwl and the rooms are not well sound insulated(we were offered a room on the other aide but it was of half aize and less than what was promiaed in our package) Service is very basic for a 4.5Star hotel. The included breakfast is very limted set a la carte menu (with real coffe an additional extra you need to pay for). The bar was always out of some drink or other, meals that are included for free in any package you buy are of a very limited set menu of 10 items for lunch and 2 items for dinner! Staff are very curtious and pleasant, but lack to deliver a 4.5S tar hotel experience. Everything needs to be asked and double checked twice.

It's very comfy and cozy hotel. The room I stayed at was amazing. Designed with incredibly elegant and complete amenities. It also has gazebo where you can relax and muse at night. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Peaceful resort. We were given an upgrade to our room which was warmly appreciated. The room was very large airy although the open air WC took some getting used to. Good amenities on site but sometimes service is lacking by the pool, but maybe they have had complaints about being to pushy with drink sales in the past. Courtesy bicycles are a nice touch. The beach area is not the best but local cafés are very good nearby. Its a shame that the restaurant wasn't busy in the evening. Overall I enjoyed my stay and staff are very pleasant and amenable when approached. Would recommend.

Second time here with the family. The rates are very competitive. They welcome children although there aren't many around. It's a quiet tranquil place. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfasts delicious with the best French croissants. The gardens are beautiful and it's very easy to relax here. Service is exceptional too. Will always come back here time and time again.

My girlfriend and I visited Sudamala Suites & Villas about a week ago and It was our absolute favorite place. We have been in Bali for a little over a month and Sudamala was the best yet. The location was great! There is a wonderful beach about a 5-10 minute walk away. (The resort has a section on the beach with umbrellas, chairs, and towels!) The restaurants and night life are amazing around the resort. (Made's Beach Breeze across the street). The breakfast here is one of the best in Bali. The rooms were fabulous, so beautiful, and very comfortable! My girlfriend loved the bathrooms.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I can not even begin to explain how much I loved their staff! They were all so nice and accommodating! Our room was one of the best we have stayed at in Bali. The perfect size. They had an amazing outdoor bathroom. My favorite part was that it was a five minute walk to the beach and they have chairs set aside for people staying at Sudamala. And the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Definitely recommend! We also had the couples massage and candles dinner. Both were amazing and exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely beautiful! The hotel is gorgeous. We're honeymooning, and they upgraded us to a second floor suite with a pool view, greeted us with flowers and a tub filled with rose petals, brought us a congratulatory snack, and comped our first dinner. The room is stunning. Everyone is kind and friendly. The private beach is just a five minute walk away, and very quiet and well-attended. Samir's busy streets are just outside the door. We love it!

The hotel staff are kind and so willing to accommodate the needs of guests. We took advantage of the services available, including free bike rentals, talking with the concierge for suggestions, and we had our honeymoon photos taken in traditional Balinese clothes (really fun!). The breakfast is great (strongly recommend Metasari with the croissants!). Room was lovely! They also decorated our room for our arrival, as this was our honeymoon. The restaurant is a little pricy, but the food is good. (Closer to the beach = more expensive) We also loved the bed time stories and cookies each night. We would definitely return. :)

Wonderful place, nice restaurant and pool. Immaculate spa facilities and fantastic staff all made for a fantastic holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Five minute stroll to the beach, and plenty of other bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Lots of positives but there are some areas of improvement, breakfasts very good, the restaurant is at the front of the hotel looking onto the road they are refurbishing part of the restaurant so when it rains they struggle to cope as we found out this morning as the outside area is too small.The towels are very tired and grey and really let the hotel down.The staff are lovely but we have experienced some communication issues, if they just put a note through your door etc, ie times of the Bali dancing and BBQ we where told 2 x different times and the posters didn't tell you.This hotel has the ability to be a top notch 4/5 star it needs closer management and some refurbished and improved standards, but in good location with nice rooms etc.

Beautiful grounds, great pool area. Rooms are cool, nice Bali-style bathroom, but the bedroom area can be damp and bit cold with the air-cond. We were on the ground floor and found that no air con can be ok for much of the time.
Great friendly staff, great variety at breakfast.
The privacy is ok, there is a little coming and going, and some room noise during the quieter times.
Generally very nice and very close to shops and cafes, it's a quieter part of Sanur and not Kuta at all, which we found good.
Some may say this isn't quite five star resortperhaps right, and perhaps a little expensive, they are stretching a bit for that fifth starbut it was a pretty nice experience. The 5-option Pillow Menu was a good plus.

The room is not beautiful enough, the private garden is not private enough and connected to the hall where people walk through. The food superb fortunately.

Beautiful little gem of a place, located in the heart of Sanur, one of the earliest places in Bali that made the island a tourist haven. Sudamala Suites are large and the design of the rooms are evergreen authentic Balinese with great attention to details. Could tell that the owners spent quite a bit of money here! Rates are very reasonable for the quality and fantastic service . Will definitely come back here to stay!

Expensive for us but totally worth the price when you get discount. Studio first floor: very nice big room with silent ac, huge open bathroom with bath tub. Big swimming pool and incredibly friendly staff. Copious breakfast too.

Fantastic relaxing hotel. Very very friendly staff, great rooms that are good value for money. Beautiful grounds and pool. We had a massage in the spa that was overpriced compared to local massage places, but still comparatively good value for money and the spa staff were extremely friendly and gave a great massage.

The restaurant is great too. Breakfast is included, and is fantastic! Lots and lots of options for the included breakfast. We mostly skip breakfast and sleep in, but here we got up especially for it. We had lunch in the restaurant also and it was great too.

Really recommend the hotel. Would happily stay again.

Good service and beautiful rooms, the bathroom is open for one wall onto a walled garden Balinese style, if you are allergic to mosquitos it may not be ideal, but otherwise perfect!
