The lobby manager Ms. Desta completely lacks communication skills. She yelled back at the guests and was not of any help. Its sad to see how one bad manager can ruin the reputation of the entire hotel. She does not befit the title of a Manager.

Currently staying here 13/4/18 very relaxing and whilst not on the beach shuttle bus makes it easy to access with shopping available right at the resorts beach location. Junior suites are great for extra room especially if traveling with kids. Do yourself a favour and get on a bike with gym instructor Arya and have a look around town. He took us to a turtle farm this morning and we got to see so much of Nusa Dua, back streets and beautiful beach front resorts and blow hole. All included in accommodation costs. All flat riding and I’m not fit so if you can ride a bike 🚲 you’ll cope. Breakfast is a bit of a hit and miss, no cereal choices, no bacon, they have eggs and some fruit and lots of sweet cake like pastries if you like that or plenty of curried chicken rice or noodles. Unfortunately the rooms need some servicing. We had to move after first night as 2nd bed was broken, fridge broken and safe didn’t work but once they got the message and moved us all was ok. Nothing is a hassle other language barrier at times. Nice relaxing place to stay.

I've been in bali many times either for bussiness or leisure, stayed in budget hotel and also the 5 star hotel, i thought i would try mercure nusadua for this time. I REGRET IT, and this is why :
We arrived here around 7pm and my first impression was this hotel is super dark its even difficult to read the lobby direction. Finaly we arrived at the lobby, you can see from my 1st pic the lobby was also dark and not impressive at all, looks more like an alley where you would meet your "dealer" :p not impressive at all.
The rate was around $100, for that at mercure you get small room and a very dirty sink thats not well maintained you can see from the mirror reflection and 2 small bottle of complimentary water which you can only use for brushing your teeth (coz the tap water taste funny). And when i ask for more they just said ok well send it, but it never came. This problem continues when i ask for another towel (since they only put 1) after waiting 1 and a half hour and 3 calls to the cust service line finally they send the towel to my room.
Finally on the last day after packing i want to call the bell boy which after making 4 unanswered call i just decide to carry my own bag.
The only good experience that i have in this hotel was CHECKINGOUT from it hahahha

WILL NEVER EVER stay at mercure chain hotel. For you who still book a room in this hotel Good Luck!!!

they have small.private beach near nusa dua beach bike rent. but the menu for breakfast are similar. and the pool is also beautiful

Wasn't the most pleasant stay cause location wasn't so convenient and it's not really near the beach. The breakfast buffet was the worse out of any hotel I stayed overseas. At least the rooms are kinda spacious and comfortable.

The first impression with the airport collection and booking in of the hotel was very good. Everyone was making sure we were being assisted in every way possible in a professional way. It felt like everything in Nusa Dua was fairly accessible from here.

We enjoyed:
Very good air-conditioning.
The large shower.
The good internet connection.
Large pool.
Dinner came quickly.
Friendly waiting and other staff.
Enough options at the breakfast buffet.
The hourly shuttle service.
The Mercure Private beach area accessible to us with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a bar.

What we would have liked as well:
For the pool to be open after 8 pm when it is still quite warm.
For the restaurant prices to be a bit lower.

Overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend.

The first room was wet and watering on the floor and the Wall. The 2nd room was too cold to staying.need call technician to fix it. The shower head also broken and need call another technician to fix it. Good thing here is the restaurant is not bad and not too much overpriced. But don't try their pizza. The pool is nice. The stuff are very kind and helpful. Don't surf on their private beach when is low tide.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little small. Staff very helpful and friendly. Drinking at the bar is very expensive, better to organise your own drinks. It's about half the price to drink at the hotels beach, which is a short (free) shuttle ride away.

We only had 2 sleepless nights prior to checking out. We haven't seen any sign of refunds that were promised to us. We left due to broken air con with no thermostat the first night with condensation running down the walls and stinky pillows and sheets and then second night different room with bed bugs. Both were no surprise to management. I would appreciate your promised refund for that unpleasant stay in your hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but just a bad hotel and we want our money back as we were told when we booked out. We booked out over 2 weeks ago now 11/10 and require your immediate action and return of our money.

This is a fantastic place. Great for relaxing or venturing out. There is a buggy every hour to take you to the private beach free of charge also a bus to take you to Bali Bogans 2hourly which is also free. The rooms are very clean and the breeze along the corridors is much appreciated. Beautiful swimming pool for the kids and also a great one for adults where if required you can sit and have a relaxing drink. Variety of food is magnificent and if you require something special just ask for Adit. He is the restaurant manager and nothing is too much trouble for him. Great asset to Mercure Nusa Dua If you want a taxi to go to Kuta it is only $15.00 do your shopping and looking around then come back to the Mercure and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Nice hotel facility. Personnel usually nice.
Room nice except for the strong mold smell (see other reviews). The reception & manage was not helpful on that. Finally we decided to leave 2 days earlier (at our expense "of course")

The property is in Nusa Dua, not for people looking to party or for night life. Honeymooners or family looking for a relaxing time. I had booked a Pool view room but i was not given one, all the other rooms had a balcony and mine was locked, breakfast could have a better egg section. The pool area is amazing. the rooms are compact nothing great.overall a decent property.

This is an OK hotel on very nice grounds and away from the famous beaches and tourist areas. This is reflected in the lower rates.
Rooms are small and corridors can be crowded and noisy during the day. The room configuration is unusual with the shower door opening directly into the room. The sink is in the bedroom area. Some rooms the air conditioning is uncontrollable or noisy.
Restaurant is outside and adequate. Morning buffet breakfast is busy.
Staff is excellent and helpful.
Pool area is very nice.

The hotel was beautiful and have many outdoor area to enjoy. My room was not special and not too spacious. It's even had weird (mold) smell at the first i checked in, however the staffs was really helpful. The breakfast was my favourite (they cab get you bacon if you ask ☺️)

We stayed in deluxe room and the facilities were pretty much standard, nothing special. The bed was large and comfortable, but the room is not spacey. What I like about this hotel is the fact that it has a decent jogging track and nice breakfast.

Stayed for four nights and it was a memorable stay. Located not inside Nusa Dua resort complex but pretty closed from the entrance. It offers free shuttle to the beach as it has no private beach. Love the room as it is connected to the swimming pool. Standard bedroom with international tv stations, free wifi and all the basic amenities. Love the separate bath room and toilet too. The breakfast was also quite good though vegans may need to check the menu. What needs to be improved is only the bath towel as it looked pale and thin. Took a bike ride in the Nusa Dua area and it was an enjoyable one by renting the bike from the hotel.

It should be ⭐⭐⭐ considering the hotel itself. Rooms are not very clean, sofas in the superior rooms have stains and the room itself doesn't give the impression of a fresh place.Breakfast is very basic.The pool area is very charmingbut cats are all around. What gives the hotel an extra ⭐ is the excellent friendly personnel..always smiling, willing to help and super nice! Overall experience was anyway pleasant and positive.Thanks.

Welcomed with a wonderful cold drink x2 free. Escorted to our room. Perfect for our 1night stay. Very clean for an older building. Our bed was turned down in evening,water bottles were replaced👍. A very comfortable sleep. Fabulous breakfast and very cheap for us. The most beautiful swimming 🏊area. Sorry pics are on my or camera. Would definitely stay here again.

But they have private beach. Its really good place. I recommend to come here when you visit with family

Water flowing sound of the pool can be heard from the opening in the window in the room. Not disturbing though. Nice, comfortable room. Have a little problem with the shower "button" coming off and water flows out from the opening. Nice breakfast. Facilities-wise, yes it is a 4-star hotel but room-wise, no (sorry)

Nothing great about it.. apart from the pool.. rest all is the tiny rooms. Not so great service. Just 2 small bottles of water provided.
Location is not great too.. you will need a vehicle to go to beach! Lucky they provide shuttle every 30 mins.
Food is ok! Drinks are ok For the price, cant complain much!

I asked for little surprise during my stay in Mercure Nusa Dua Bali for 2 nights for my honeymoon. I was just hoping small surprise such as flower decoration, but Mercure gave me surprise beyond my expectation. I was given room with direct access to swimming pool. The view was amazing. It gave me very good experience, and surely will back to this hotel for next opportunity. One thing that need to be improved only the variety of breakfast. In overall, I fall in love with Mercure Nusa Dua Bali.

Room is pretty small but it has balcony, breakfast also pretty good.
there's a shuttle to beach club which I think it's the most clean compared to other beach in bali.
I moved here after I stayed on mercure sanur for 2 days, i think this hotel is much better and stayed for 4 days

Bad service front office, ugly and dirty towel.
Paid for late check out until 6pm but the front office called us and told us that maximum we can stay is 2pm. It happened the first time we arrive at the hotel and then the day we were leaving. Can you guys just make a note on guest account? The keycard doesn't work after 12pm and after went to front office to make it works, it still didn't work. Lousy!
