Kamar hotel sangat mengecewakan..lantai dan sebagian furniture berdebu, tidak ada sandal ruangan, tidak ada keset sehingga bahaya kalau di kamar mandi takut terpeleset, closet rusak penyiram airnya.. stop contact listrik sangat terbatas, hanya ada satu di kamar mandi dan ada lagi satu yg dipakai untuk tv dan kulkas..

Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Not recommended for guests looking for clean and nice rooms.

Overall Good. They should improve in their service a bit. Rest it's a good property connected to beach and all other locations in Kutta.

This is in the heart of the city. Very near to airport. Place is very nice. Staffs are very polite and they are helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They serve fresh fruit juice and vegetables along with the breakfast. Coffee was little bitter. This place has a spa attached to building. Spa was very relaxing. Melasti is very near to Kuta beach. We can see the beach from the room.

Nice place. Located near segara beach. Very near to famous kuta beach. Big rooms. Little bugs here and there. But that's normal due to Bali climate. You find them in all hotels. Not very great room service though. Nice restaurant. Very prime location. They provide massage. They have concierge. Though value for money can be challenged.

At best 2 stars. Overpriced for the service you get, or the lack thereof. Towels were missed every day during my 4 day stay. Bathrooms are dirty and faucets are almost falling apart. Also pool towels are old, stained bathroom towels.
On the bright side, the breakfast is good, even though there is no lunch meet or cheese available. The location is also good, next to Paradiso and Ramayana.
I probably won't stay there again. I don't mind spending a few dollars more.response / report this review -

Room was completely moldy, bugs in bathtub. Moved rooms, slightly better. Still gross towels with makeup stains on them, shower had no handle, therefore unable to turn on. Air con remote was sticky. Both rooms crumy and old. Will not stay again!

Accommodation is ok. Could be cleaner in bathroom. Seems to be a lack of towels as when we asked for towels for pool we were told they had run out - Melasti no where close to full.
What really let's this place down is the food. Half cooked poached eggs that we couldn't eat due to the vinegar, dry hard rice for nasi goreng, old recooked potatoes, boiled sausages. That was only breakfast. Welcome meal is from a seperate set menu and welcome drink is a fruit juice. No direct access to beach but backs onto it.
Being asked by staff if I want tattoos every day was annoying too.
In the end. It is Bali. Most places have a different twist on western food and it is cheap. Don't expect too much for the little you pay, enjoy the pool and the peace and quiet.response / report this review -

Bad rooms service ever. Complaint since enter the room, no respond at all. 3star hotel with no towel, no refrigerator, broken toilet, broken lock, tv signal not clear, floor on the room not clean properly (need to wear own sandal inside), and hot water not functioning properly. Owner, please contact me!!!!😞

Run down disappointing place to stay. Rooms ordinary, food average & no access to beach. There's a great pool to do laps & we had a room next to it & staff do their best but we won't be back.

Not so clean, WiFi very poor available only in lobby or pool area
