Best for breakfast, they have very good spread and friendly staff helps you if anything is missing . It has a mall right next to it , with a special door to mall, which is useful many ways, visit the supermarket and buy essentials since in other places you will find the same things costly. Mall has good options for food as well. If you have a pickup and drop facility from the hotel from your travel agency you can use this hotel since Thier is nothing much to explore near hotel and hotel is little far from beach where all the hustle is. Rooms are neat and tidy and friendly staff. Pool is very good and most of the time vacant, which is not the case in other hotels. They have good maintained motorbikes which can be used at nominal fee. Try the ice tea in the lobby which taste good. You can take 5 minutes spa for free if you like. Overall good at the price range.

room size was okay but I think management need to put attention on proper maintenance since some of the furniture worn out and ants inside the room. located next to galeria mall which offer food choices and supermarket inside. breakfast was okay and carries ibis style standard.

I like the location is just next to the Mall Bali Galeria and for tourist you can shop at the Duty Free Shop. But I don't like the layout of the toilet and shower. It apart so far and there's no door to cover from bedroom/living room. we took the family room. the sofa bed is big enough for 2 adults small sizes people. overall is good. breakfast was okay. not much choices but decent. and the shower is clogged a bit. the water taking quite a while to go down.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with a balcony facing the swimming pool. The swimming pool was nicely designed, too.

Moderate hotel in the area of Kuta. They have famjly room to accommodate a family of four.

But the standard ros are not very big.
It is very close to the big Mall Bali Galleria where you can shop.

But if you want to get to Kuta beach, you need to go by car or taxi. It ia about 15 minutes.

Rooms are dirty and small and breakfast is really really really really poor. We Waited for thr call from hospital and on reception they didn't connect us just told to doctor that we are not in our room . Actually we waited for the call in our roomand when i went to ask about it then no answers just bossy face and "was it boy or girl and whats the problem" SERIOUSLY?????

Location, location, location as Ibis always does. It's located nearby to Bali Galleria, one of the biggest shopping mall in Denpasar, about 15-20 minutes to airport, about 10-15 minutes to Kuta Beach.

Staffs are professional, friendly and helpful, as expected. Room is clean, organized, and spacious for Asian. Overall, very good place to sleep and prepare for the day.

My wife booked for and she corrected the credit card you guys didn't hold the booking landed at midnigh no car waiting! Called you then I have to pay the transportation cash (no receipt) while Ive paid the room with the credit card! Something not right

And as usual the lion air crew circus always having priorities and disproportionate amount of "lebay" behaviour from them

This is very affordable hotel. You get nice bed, clean toilet, free WiFi, pool, basic work out treadmill, good breakfast, free tea coffee and optional spa plus massage at additional cost. So this is perfect place if you are going out for site seeing the entire day. No need to book resorts which are expensive. Rates for this hotel start as low as 30 USD. Great affordable place

Perfect choice. Nice amenities, friendly staff, great location and big shopping mall next to it. I love the breakfast and fantastic to swim in the pool at night. Will choose it again next time I travel to Bali.

It's a Budget hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Got a Swimming pool in the middle, gym, and mall galaria is adjoining to hotel. Can walk through the hotel direct to mall. Convenient store next door. Breakfast 6/10 I would rate.

Hotel not so bad..
Near hypermart Bali mal Galeria and Ngurah Rai AirPort.
The food Also OK.
But the laundry Service Really Really bad.
My underwear was broken and it tooks 2 day for the staff to even say "sorry".
Really. DONT DO LAUNDRY HERE.
Really Really bad.

Good location. It's near to seminyak, denpasar, and berawa. I went there for business and no traffic jam. The breakfast was nothing special. I could exercise and then swam directly. It's beside the mall so I could shop easily.

Design is good, room very comfortable. I get room with mall view and its amazing. I was enjoy the breakfast compared with my last experienced in a same budget hotel but different name, your brakfast was complete like a five star hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff
Room is clean and well maintened.
Swimming pool is open till 9 p. m
Walking distance to shopping center and fiod court.
Main restaurant is under swimming pool to prevent the heat from outside.

Really love this hotel. Unique design, with a low price, awesome swimming pool and I love the room too! I really enjoyed my holiday with my family. Btw, maybe this hotel should be faster in check-in. Cause it takes a longgggg time. Hope that I can fly to Bali again, and choose this hotel. Love Ibis😚
