Erg leuk hotel met swimup bar. Muziek aan de bar kan wel wat beter. Leuke duikschool met mooie kleine groepjes. BBQ op het strand viel wat tegen. Zeker gezien de prijs.

An amazing place to stay, the hidden swimming pool is a must, you can relax in the warm water with a cocktail and the breakfast (open buffet) is delicious. The staff is really kind and location convenient. Loved it ! Worth the price

Honestly the worst food I've had thus far on my 14 day (day 10) trip to Indonesia. Ended up wondering down this way tonight looking for something good and this was the last place on the strip. Decided to stop and grab the crispy lemon chicken sandwich (they offer only western dishes). Boy was that a mistake. Super dry and the smallest piece of chicken ever. On the upside staff was very friendly but I came to eat not socialize. Also I never write reviews so you can be damn sure the food was terrible. Don't come to eat, drink only.

Clean and comfy room, but i think i need more electric socket to recharge my gadgets. Nice and helpful hotel's staff. You guys can lend a bike in the hotel to go around gili trawangan.

Lovely place. The staff are amazing. From the front of house to the support crew the team at Vila Ombak know true hospitality. Thank you all (Tata in particular was incredible). The facilities nice but the rooms could upgrade, clean & well maintained but not high luxury like it once was. Great value for money though.

Had a birthday dinner at the Seahorse Restaurant and staff and service was excellent especially Tata! The band was fantastic and sang happy birthday to my partner, which made it very memorable. Highly recommended!

Big pool. Nice pool bar. Cute hut but scary stairs. Always love outdoor shower. Beautiful beach. Cheap seafood restaurant. Try their seafood grill for dinner!

Overall the service is good, room is clean, the staff is quite friendly, but there is somethin' I hate. That is the bathroom. It's big but not functional. You can even make one more room with single bed in it. The toilet does not have bidet sprayer which is uncomfortable and inconvinient for Indonesian.

Good place, good hotel, and we can enjoy sunrise in front of it. Standard facilities.

I have suggestions for you, if you are moslem, in their closet not have water shower so it is not enjoyable for using.

And if you want to ride bicycle, i suggest you for rent in this hotel, because their bicycle look good than another place.

Writing this as I never really tend to leave reviews, however. I looked hard and long for a review of the ombak spa, as we were staying there and I wanted to know if it was any good. We ended up taking a gamble after not being able to find any reviews, and it was brilliant! They saw us both at the same time for a 60 min massage that was just over an hour by the time we finished. It was clean and peaceful, and the staff were brilliant- a great, strong Balinese massage! The rest of the hotel is a bit bonkers, but the massage was great.

Great layouts and scenery with a wide range of outdoor entertaining areas including pools, ping pong, swim up bar and a few others.

Large multi storey accommodation but the wifi availability is a little poor at times

Right in the middle of the more popular east coast of Gili T. Pool overlooking the beach front is great but can be busy, luckily they're is a second "secret pool bar" back from the busy road.

Movies on the beach each night were a real highlight and Vila Ombak is surrounded by lovely restaurants.

Currently staying in an Akoya 2 bedroom pool villa. The private pool/patio space is amazing and a nice respite. There are tiny little ants that sometimes bother us on the patio, but otherwise very nice room. Hotel grounds are well kept and peaceful. Close to many shops and restaurants on the main street, but quiet at your room. Beautiful beach/water, which could be said of just about every place in Gili Trawangan. Food here is okay but not great, and sometimes a long wait for things like eggs or even the toast machine. Staff is friendly, but doesn't really do anything over the top to make you feel special as a guest. Overall, really nice stay so far!

A bit pricy but very nice little bungalow and recently build, you can rent bicycle and they have good wifi, they also have a little bar corner where they sell breakfast, the dinner market is on the main place about 2 minutes by bicycle or 5 min walking

Location of this hotel is really good. It's situated near the beach, near most restaurants and shops. Night life of the island is not disturbing your stay. Rooms are pretty big. Bathrooms are very big. Both has some problems with cleaning. There is a problem with water pressure on rush hours (morning and evening). Hotel has a beach but you cannot swim there since boats are parking there. Breakfast in hotel restaurant are good with much variety.

Close to everything offering tourist advice.
Happy hour is handy and the hidden pool is great.
Very stiff bed though and sometimes language barrier is obvious.
Friendly staff, but sometimes don't follow through.
Would stay here again.

This hotel is located in strategic area which is nearby to the beach, bars, restaurants and convenience store, you only 200 meters away from the art market. The hotel has many rooms with excellent facilities, a large swimming pool and playground, your kids will be very happy to stay there. One of the best hotel in Gili Trawangan.

Very cool and relaxing place with wide variety of breakfast. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Outdoor shower is something new but the shower head was a bit difficult to adjust on its strength. Definitely one of the best hotels in Gili T.

Tropical paradise, this resort exceeded expectation. Staff helpful, drinks reasonably priced and could be billed to the room from the beachside bar as well. Would go back.

Very good hotel, all the staff was nice and friendly. There're some choices of room, but for older people I'm suggesting not to choose Lumbung Hut, cause if you qant to go to bath, you should go downstairs which is pretty steep.

Overall opinion, this is a very good place to stay, they have a beach bar also!

Close enough to the centre to make it easy but far enough away to get a great nights sleep. The restaurant was awesome! Great prices with excellent food and service. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing! My friend and I were backpacking through southeast Asia and decided to splurge and get a room here. It did not disappoint! The spa, the room the bathroom! The bathroom was bigger than some of the other hotels that we stayed in. The pools are absolutely amazing unbelievably beautiful views of the ocean the movie night on the beach was wonderful and it was so close to the bars to walk but not too close for it to be loud or disruptive.
Most importantly it was their service. I actually came down with the flu a day after we had gotten there and the staff completely took care of me. Brought me soup water came to check on me it was mind-blowing and totally unexpected. Not only that but we missed the last Ferry back to the main island and they track down and paid for another boat for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone passing through Gili t

The staff is friendly and the service is good. Only in the restaurant it took a long time before you have your dinner. When I finaly got my dinner the portion was small. They ask a lot of money for small portions. The room is clean and they have a big swimmingpool. Also you can take an excursion for scuba diving and snorkeling.

This place serves both buffet and a la Carte. Food is good and can be enjoyed with Live music. Staff is very friendly and the service is quick. We had our seats on the beach and it was a wonderful experience.

Looks good, feels good and tastes good. (Reception) staff is really friendly. (Did forget to tell us there would be free cookies, tea and coffee between 16:00 and 18:00) Wifi is pretty good at the pool and restaurant, but was complete trash in our rooms. Swimming pool is nice and big enough. The water stings in your eyes though, so if you want to swim make sure to bring some water goggles.

Gili Trawangan is known by night life. If you want a bit of luxury almost in the middle of the island center- than this is the right adress. Nice and big rooms, pool and everything what offer a big hotel. Very good breakfast is suitable also for vegetarians.

Not worth The price compared to many other places On The Island. Far from clean, old ciggarettes in The sand of The bathroom, burners in The toilet, and sheets was not cleen. The beach cinema they show u in The pics, is for everybody and u will have to Pay.. (Full all The time) so nothing special for u as a guest. Diddent Even Get fresh towels The second day..:( look for something Else.. Plenty of Nice places That are half The prise, and hopfully cleaner:)

Nice hotel in a good location with restaurants and bars a short walk or donkey cart down the road. WiFi completely sucks and can get quite frustrating especially if you need work done. Room service takes ages as well. Outdoor cinema is cool and staff are friendly. Beautiful rooms I will say that. 🏖
