Rates as one of most favourite hotels beautiful location on Lombok small private beach,staff the best Ive ever come across nothing too much trouble especially the bar staff & the head chef a master food just delicious, grounds very well kept peaceful, spa excellent,easy access by boat across to Gili Air the most wonderful island, all in all the most wonderful holiday will go again

An amazing property with excellent staff. The view from the room and loby is breathtaking. The service in the restaurant is quick and spot on. Special credit to the chef..A special place to be remembered.

I'm trying to keep this to the point as there is a big list of amazing things that the hotel has to offer.
The food is Amazing it ranges from Indonesian, Indian and great seafood options. Dinner is a fine dining experience!
The people of Lombok are extremely friendly and that comes across in a genuine service. It's the little things that makes this a classy 5star resort:
They clean your sunglasses during the day, they have a flag system so that you can attract their attention or not be disturbed, the turn down service is meticulous, they provided me with a bookmark and velcro to tie my charger lead up after observing I needed one, my partner's jewelry was paired up and organised when cleaning, the list goes on!
Everything else is available on their website!
We have visited many 5 star hotels. This surprised as being the best we have visited!response / report this review -

Hotel Oberoi is the greatest hotel in North Lombok. we are very proud of this hotel, as a north lombok people. it is a fifth star grade hotel.
It is located in the sea side. There is a hill that make the view is so nice.

Very good place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well decorated rooms and good food.
Unfortunately its very far from mataram city so there are no place of interest near here. The place is also difficult to find, i recommend placing signpost. If you have extra cash, this is the place to stay.response / report this review -
