Above average hotel. The location of the hotel is good, hotel's close to Tunjungan Plaza one of the largest and good malls in Surabaya. Room service takes time. Good price for a decent hotel. Breakfast was good, and the room was good as well.

Small medium hotel, located at the city center. Only 400 mtr from Tunjungan Plaza. Easy access from anywhere, lots of online taxi. Descent bed room & bath room, slow wifi connections though. Breakfast so so, locations at the 1 storey below ground floor. Lobby is in the 3rd floor, a little bit unusual. Beware of the big water mineral, it is not complimentary.

A nice 3-star hotel located in the quieter part of Surabaya city. I chose this hotel as I thought it was above a shopping centre, but I soon found out that it was actually a food court with a good variety of Indonesian dishes. If you like to walk, it is also not very far from good shopping complexes of the city. Another thing that I like about the hotel was the serenity of the location, where one can feel the lusciousness of greenery as the adjacent place is full of trees and contributed to the coolness of the area. Favehotel is actually one of my favourite hotel chains, and that is one of the more inclined reasons for me to choose this hotel. The room that I stayed in was nice and surprisingly, with a food court at the ground level, the atmosphere inside the hotel was quiet. The lobby is not located on the ground floor and you have to take the elevators to the desired floor.

It's a really great hotel for backpackers and low budget travellers. But sadly, the service quality isn't as pleasing as I thought it would be. I would still recommend this hotel; although if you're looking for a better service, try another hotel

We have a very nice stay on our business trip. We got 2 rooms with connecting door. There's a food court at the first floor and some good restaurants nearby.

Comfortable stay, the rooms are small but cosy. There's a food court on the 1st floor & it close to a mega shopping mall with a cinema & 2 Starbucks under 1 roof.
Friendly staff make the stay pleasant.

The room has no window and the response of the receptionist was below average, I asked 3 times to provide towel. But I give it extra credit for great location, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, oh and a mall.

I want to give 5 stars but they have to improve the service especially at the Front Desk, the information are not accurate Also the service from the Housekeeping need to improve more, 3 times i ask for Cotton Buds but they never gave it to me only said "We will bring it to your room" but in fact they never bring it to my room.
The rooms also need for renovation, The floor of the room there was chipped.

Reservasi via traveloka. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan! Kamar kecil dan tidak sesuai dengan foto. Ketika sampai di pintu masuk tidak ada greeter sehingga bingung harus kemana. Saat itu hotel sedang ada perbaikan tapi tidak ada informasi di traveloka.

Maspion-owned hotel chain. Nice room. Good enough breakfast. The convention room at 7th floor is good. We attend a conference there. We stayed there for 3 nights.

Not Great at all.

Maybe this was my fault by not reading the small print and booking online, but the picture I saw advertised with the price I paid showed a room with a nice view, some chairs there, and all in all a comfy looking place to stay.

What I got was a disturbingly small room with no windows. I was not claustrophobic prior to checking in but pretty sure I am now. I felt like one of those people who do something horrible in prison and get sent to an isolation room. Internet was free but horrendous. Used my phone hot-spot instead. Kudos to the staff nonetheless who were exceptional in helping my print some documents. They were really friendly and helpful.

I still would never stay here again if my life depended on it, but if you can handle a staying in a pink closet then feel free. Or just AVOID the standard room.

High standard hotel on a budget price, 24 hour bar & restaurant. Conference center, gym, secure parking garage, 4 bottles of water each day, refrigerator, waterboiler, (tootbrush and shaving gear provided), excellent bed (unless you're an american - too hard for you. While some Asians like Thai or Vietnamese might view it as somewhat soft.)
Absolute super breakfast smorgasbord. Very quiet room.
What could be wrong?
Well the gym had 2 broken machines, and the AC did only start with the room card. My room card stopped working but was quickly fixed in the lobby.
Yes only minor ones, so no hesitation on my part to give full score for this hotel.

Staffs were friendly, location is fantastically strategic to many cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, car wash, bakeries, and etc. Room was typical for a budget hotel made for a quick stay, compact and clean. Fast wifi, which is a plus. But bathroom could be renewed in some way. And terribly small parking omg. Not so small though they have this multilevel car park in the building which is nice and would fit many cars, but it is so narrow for cars just to drive through it. I drove an SUV myself and struggled with cold sweats everytime I had to drive outside the lot and making turns, and I saw countless sedans too experiencing the same. Wish it was more big cars friendly.

I like the cleanness and the location. Literally in the center of surabaya. Price also great Rp750k for 2 nights with breakfast. Standard rooms are missing windows. Internet speed only 1mbps, slow but luckily quite stable

I've stayed in this hotel for 2 times. (with the same room number - no view). Initially, I loved staying in this hotel. Clean, fuchsia, and cozy. I did love the interior as I'm able to watch TV while showeringlol. There's atm centre close to its restaurant. The location's strategic.
However, I felt inconvenient in my last stay. The shower tap didn't work properly as well as the drainage. The other thing was that I could hear the noisy sound coming from the next door. it's same experience when i stayed at favehotel semarang. perhaps it's because of thin partition between rooms.
Nevertheless. ..it's worthy lah. only AUD $25/night
