The food is not good enough, but the parking place is quite big eventough it is on the open field. Luckily it was not raining. It is suitable for 3 star hotel.

If you're not smoking, you must order for non smoking room.
I forgot to request non smoking room, so I got the smelly smoking room
Wide outdoor parking on open air area, nothing protect the vehicles from the weather.

Great place, the pool is huge and decent gym place. Customer service is fast and responsive. But i am currently staying in one of the family suite room (room 1003) and the AC on one of the room was not cold. And around midnight that AC was starting to blow hot air. I called the front desk and they send in people to fix it. After around 30 mins, they told me that it was fixed and i just need to wait.and after waiting for about 30 mins, the AC is still hot. It is 1:00 AM and im tired. So i called down again and i wanted to change my room for tomorrow (staying here for 2 days) but the person told me that all family suite rooms are booked, not sure how when their hotel is empty with only 3-5 cars on their parking lot, and insisted to come and fix the broken AC at 1:00 AM in the morning. I told them i will sleep with my room door open, and im using the AC from the living room. It is still hot, and i dont want to wait for them to fix it at this hour.i paid to sleep in a cold nice room.not satisfied, maybe it is not my lucky day?

I was actually really surprised with the interior. From outside it looks like bad hitel. But i was blown away by the inside. It's comparable to 4-5 star hotel.

Location near to Hypermart, Giant Express but need to walk a little bit far. Room is spacious enough and the breakfast is pretty good. Has gym facilities and swimming pool.

Experienced severe discrimination from the staff because I'm a female traveling alone with a backpack. They required a 200k cash deposit, but could not provide the official documentation indication such requisite. Upon checking out, they held me up and insisted on an inspection of the room. This seemed to be directed specifically because I'm a female westerner. Would never come back!
