I would highly recommend this place. I scuba dived for 3 days, including a refreshing class and ended up getting an advanced certification. The instructors were awesome, particularly Kazi and Sany, along with their trainees Zoe & Jordan. Thank you guys, I had a blast. I'm still dreaming of the giant green turtles

The Best Dive Center in Gilis. Extremely professional Divers and Instructors. A special thanks to Nick, Sany, Kazy and Adam (Manager). If you ever feel like you want to really be a Diver or just dive for fun then trawangan Dive is the place to be. Moreover, they have a restaurant (Fat Cats) that serve awesome Lunch and bites. They also have a resort where you can stay in which is clean and accomodates for Packages with Diving.

Really nice place, I was happily surprised. Only thing that doesn't make it a 5 is that they said the room had warm water shower and I couldn't get it warm, but maybe something was broken and I'm sure they would have tried to fix it if I would have complained which I didn't.

We stayed for 5 nights. Originally just for two then we extended because we were so happy there. The reception staff were great and very helpful and friendly, the room was super clean and comfy, cleaned every day, buffet breakfast was pretty good, food for lunch and dinner was excellent and fresh. Location was close enough to the action but not too close. If you're interested in diving they do that here and look pretty organised and professional. Would highly recommend.

This dive shop is amazing, people are very friendly and dedicated to diving. I have spent more than 2 months diving with Trawangan Dive and I have only good things to say about the instructors, dive masters, boat crew, managers or staff restaurant. The provided equipment is in good maintenance, the dive sites are very interesting and the staff are just lovely.

Great location. Not too close to the party that you cannot sleep and not too far from the party. Easy 2min walk to all the nice pubs. Loved the pool bar and the restaurant area on the beach. Breakfast could do with some more option (like bacon) but was lovely anyway. Water pressure of fresh water shower is very poor.

Don't know about the accommodation, but the pool were you can be and drink in it, to chill is awesome. Perfect smoothies cocktails and food and not so expensive 💕 love this place

Great dive shop and excellent technical diving. The breakfast buffet left a lot to wish for.. The place in general is almost too good, making it crowded, you really feel the business atmosphere as hundreds of recreational tanks are being moved back and forth and people running everywhere constantly. The deluxe rooms are really nice and can recommend.

Great Hotel and Dive Center on Gili Trawangan just 5 minutes walking distance from the main pier and the night market.
I stayed there one week while doing my Padi open water certificate. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Hotel as well as Dive Center staff. A special thank also to my instructor Cat.
The hotel itself is right on the beach with tables set on the beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Btw. Breakfast was always good and fresh. There is everything from Pancakes to rice and noodle dishes as well as toast and croissants. Eggs are made fresh by order.
I truly hope I'll have a chance to return in future for more diving and relaxing. 😊response / report this review -

Nice accomodation with helpful staff. Walking distance from boat ferry (10min). And 15/20 min walk from the "city" centre. Ideal place for scuba dive lovers :)

It is a very good hotel. My room was clean and big enough. Also the bathroom was quite good. Only the water pressure was not enough, but it was okay to take a shower.
Staff was always more than friendly even though it was in the beginning of ramadan.
Be aware that the mosque is in the direct neighborhood. For me it wasn't a problem at all.
Also the dive center of the hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful.

Great hotel if you like diving and like to be central. It was a bit of a shame that they were in the middle of renovating part of the rooms and some of the front. it wasn't disturbing when when we were trying to sleep but some building materials were dotted around. We were able to hear a bit of noise (music and people) from other places nearby but not too much to keep us up - the bathroom is sort of open.
The staff were really friendly, both the management of the hotel and the dive instructors. We weren't able to sleep much the first night as some people nearby were having a party all night. We got that night refunded and the person at reception checked that we were ok the following days.
It's nice to have breakfast on the beach and their smoothies were great. The staff at the restaurant could probably be a bit more attentive but were very friendly.response / report this review -

Room was clean but a bit small, and the bed was comfy. The location was quite close to the mosque so you can hear daily prayers in your room, which doesn't bother me but some people may dislike the loud speaker. Overall it has good beachfront location close to everywhere including the boat landing.
Staff was friendly but not all of them were helpful.
Pros: they serve good buffet breakfast with good variety.
Cons: my room was leaking and rain water dropped from ceiling right on to my bed.response / report this review -

Amazing place to learn to dive, very good facilities and instructors. The setup is perfect for diving, with 2 swimming pools and relaxing areas to for group learning. The dive boat comes right in front of the centre, to the beach 15 meters away and the dive sites are usually no more than 10 minutes away. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend Louka, he is very clear and easily the best instructor I've had.

My room is so beautiful and so much more than I expected. I really like this place, and it is a very convenient location. Only, some things don't work in the room, and there aren't any healthy options for breakfast. The breakfast food is too heavy and salty.

I recieved my open water dive certification here and had Ondrej as my instructor. As we went through the course I was alert and prepared. As soon as it was time to train in the ocean I became scared and he definitely took me under his wing and helped me calmly decend for the first time. Best instructor! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and personable, but Ondrej was the perfect instructor for me!

I just completed my padi open water with trwangan dive. I honestly felt nervous going in taking the course but the staff there really made you feel welcome and helped settle the nerves. My instructor Fiona was magnificent, i struggled with my breathing and ears at times but with Fionas experience she knew how to fix it. In the dives we seen a lot of cool fish and turtles on each dive. The price for the open water was very cheap towards other companies so if I was in gilli t I would definitely take a few days and spend it with these guys
