Great hotel and great staff.
My friends and I stayed here for few days on Nop.
We like the hotel very much and it’s located close to the Kuta beach.
You also can enjoy the best sunset view every day .
Absolutely recommended as the price is totally fair to their facilities

Great stay and very close to kuta beach. My favourite is the rooftop infinity pool and you can see the sunset. So beautiful! It's a huge complex but everyone was so lovely. The gym here was quite good and had people helping there from 6am! Lots of shops in there too. The breakfast is yummy and loved the healthy bowls station - very bali vibes.

The staff were just wonderful!! Ayu in the restaurant was amazing and took great care of us and Brian the manager was great. Roof top infinity pool was beautiful. Ocean view rooms were fantastic view and quite sound proof considering they were right on the road. Fantastic location. We'll be back :)

Great hotel with good food and drinks, perfect for couples and small groups. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great location with the beach just a couple of metres from the front of the hotel.

A handy location and good quality rooms and restaurant. Very busy due to where it is so not so relaxing but is a great place to explore the local area and located just across the street from Legian Beach. Staff are friendly though can be a little aloof sometimes due to the size of the property. Breakfast is chaotic but very good offerings and the day spa is truly worth a visit for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. Overall, a good quality hotel in a fine location.

The Hotel was quite big. We got the room free upgraded. It was just a across the Kuta Beach, so we can play on the beach on the afternoon. The breakfast was good. The linen was soft. Didnt try the dinner, because we already eat at Fat Joe, which is not too far from the hotel

Stayed at the executive with 2 bedrooms. Had a pleasant stay. Gym and the pools are okay. The bar has nice drinks. Hairdryer was not working, tried to call the operator several times but no one picked up.

Stayed in pullman for 7 nights and would have loved to stay more. The hotel is clean and the pools are amazing. My kids enjoyed their stay in the kids club and thw pool. The rooms are spacious. Food is so delicious and the dinner buffet is so rich and not expensive. The staff is extra friendly and they all would take the extra mile for you especially Eni and Amy. Thank you all for making this a wonderful stay for our family

Nothing to fault. Very enjoyable 5 star.
Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect position across from Legian beach. And down the road for all the shopping, restaurants, bars, and salon services you could want.

A great place to stay, good location close to lots of good restaurants and of course shopping. Excellent staffall so friendly. Breakfast has a fantastic variety and seafoos buffet night was terrific.
Only suggestion would be some type of notice board in foyer with weeks activitiesmissed an evenings entertainment as we did not know aboui it.
Overall we had a wonderful 10 day stay..

Nice rooms. Breakfast has everything you could want. Coffee lovely. Right opposite the beach which is great. Spa is lovely environment. Very professional,quiet and fully trained staff. Great themed nights. Pool area not big enough. The infinity pool upstairs is sooo hot and not enough lounges. Downstairs pool could be bigger. But a great central place to stay to all restaurants.

Had a great time here. Went with my Grandma who has a walker. The staff were very accommodating, especially Bobby - the smiling assassin. He took care of any issues we might've had and did it all with a smile. Right across the road from the beach and great yoga in the morning!

Excellent hotel. My wife and I have visited 3 times in total and have enjoyed every stay. The Pullman's location is great (close to the beach, malls and restaurants/bars) which is one of the reasons we like staying here.

Has gone downhill fast. One staff member particularly rude - European lady Anouk or similar, stepped across front foyer entrance in front of me whilst rudely yelling at a poor Indonesian staff member who didn't speak back, making me almost run into her and being forced to walk right around them with an injured foot. No apology at all. It looked almost bullying to the staff member and no concern for guests. I will never go back there again!

Wonderful rooms with neo design. The restaurant can't be missed. true international selection fitting every taste that changes a little daily. From English breakfast to American pancakes and sausages to vegetarian Indian foods to Chinese porridge to Indonesian curry, it had it all. And international dessert selections as well

Superb hotelit is located very near to Kuta and Legian beaches. The breakfast spread is awesome, their pool and gardens are ideal place to relax. Best thing was a complimentary photography session with their professional photographer.

Very nice Hotel. Great location, beautifully kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread is huge with so many options. But like lots of big hotels that try to please all comers from every corner of the world, the quality & taste of the food suffers. In a word, bland. The rooftop infinity pool looked dull when I was there and they had very little shade for this popular pool. They could easily have another row of beach umbrellas along the front and sides of the pool. Airport pickup service was excellent.

I'm really disappointed at this moment. After hours I found out the bad smell is from the quilt. 4 am , the staff told me they can't change for me because there is no stock(?!) and said I have to wait until next morning.how come a big hotel like this dun have quilt. So I dun need to sleep tonight. I thought I am at the ditch at this moment. Sick!

Not as great as other franchises around the world. Very laid back staff. Took 2 hours to check in. Need to pay as you go for all the room related expense which makes it very inconvenient.. Staff tries to be helpful but the hotel policy prevents then from doing the job

Stayed here twice and going back soon for 3rd. this place is the best i wouldnt even consider staying anywhere else breakfast buffet to die for, gardens are imaculate, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooftop pool is delicious, have a look here first before looking elsewhere just love this hotel

The Pullman was ideal to stay upon arrival. Clean, cool, relaxing and attentive staff. This place is a resort and if your style is lounging around the main pool or the deck pool at sunset, dont hesitate to book. We were happy with staying two or three nights and then finding the real Bali elsewhere.

I stayed in Pullman for 3 nights. This is a typical 5-star business hotel, very comfortable and with all you need for your stay. Breakfast was good, although food was pricey. Their airport shuttle is an extortion (220k vs 35k on Uber and 85k on a blue taxi).

We are still having 2 more night but I know that when we come back to Bali - we'll definitely stay here.
1. Hotel decor is simply beautifull.
2. There is a lot of staff everywhere more than happy to assist you.
3. Rooms are big, bed is cozy, bathroom ? I want one like this in my own apt.
4. Breakfast is delicious and with great choice. There's even a chef cooking your omelette on demand.
5. Restaurant has good choice of a'la carte menu but also every day of the week you have a choice of Pulmans signature: basically dedicated buffet with ie: seafood on sundays, italian food on thursdays etc.
6. Beach is 60 sec from the hotel. Just across the road.
7. Swimming pools are excellent.

I absolutelly love this hotel. And I travel a lot for work and stay in variety of the hotels.
If I could give 6 stars
Defo coming back.

This is a fantastic hotel, with wonderful staff everywhere.
It's almost like their ethos is "The answer is yes we can, now what's the question".
We had a beautiful suite overlooking the spa area which was nice & calm. There are some rooms overlook one of the pools, outdoor bar & restaurant which may be noisier during the daytime. We also had a great view across to the rooftop pool & bar which is *the* place to sip a drink & watch the sun set over the ocean.
We had breakfast every day we could & it was a large, delicious, sumptuous spread of local & international choices, with a chef station which would cook to order. If you don't like the breakfast here then there's something wrong with you.
I cannot wait to return.

I had one of my best stay in Bali at Pullman Legian. A room overlooking Kuta Beach. A welcoming box from Pod Chocolate. And most importantly, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in during my many hotel visits. The vibe is right as well. Perfect for couples who are travelling on a getaway in Bali.

From the day we arrived, the staff is so helpful, we got refreshing towels with jasmin scented smell and ginger drink at the lobby, while we wait for our room the staff takes us to wait at the conectivity room very nice private room. We can also switch our room from garden infinity pool to garden sea view sight..the view was breathtaking, only two suggestions for this hotel..more lights in the room and should make the Indonesian foods more tastier since this is an Indonesian hotel where mostly people want to try some Indonesian foods

Just few steps from kuta beach, great hotel facility with nice view to the beach. Excelent hospitality. But in my opinion the breakfast is not so delicious, but okay.
