We came to the reception ask for an assistance to scan 1 page of document.
Asked for business centre.
Unfortunately the lady at reception said they dont have business centre. And we ask if they can help us to scan only one document in the reception and she also said she dont have a scanner machine.
I dont know its true or no but all the hotel must have a scanner i think.response / report this review -

Mercure Kuta beach hotel ,is a very nice place in the heart of Kuta Bali ,so I didn't really stay at this place but visited some friends who were staying here ,it's priced pretty decently and if you swing a good deal online then it's a good place to stay ,the rooms are not very big also the bathroom's but it's got a nice view in some and the staff is friendly, didn't try the food here so can't comment,but it's a nice property , please visit it with bookings in advance

Just awesome, spent 3 days at this hotel in standard rooms which are at ground floor but still i enjoyed the view of sea from its big swimming pool, they have lot of options in breakfast, location is very good near by Kuta beach, staff is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, like the infinity pool, good breakfast with nice people. Good location, Kuta beach right in front of the hotel. You can reach everywhere just by walking. But, the room, its a little bit too small i think.

We were in town for the Maybank Bali Marathon 2017 and we stayed at the Mercure Kuta Beach Bali hotel. The hotel’s location is perfect, with eateries and malls within walking distance and best of all, it is just a stone's throw away from the beach.
The internet says that this is a 4 star hotel, but we beg to differ. During checking in, we were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to the ocean view rooms. But sadly, these rooms are not what we have in mind. The rooms’ lightings are really bad, it was very dark after nightfall. lots of mosquitoes, unpleasant smell from the toilet, interiors have seen better days and etc The final straw was when the air-conditioner in our room broke down in the middle of the day. We invited the Manager on duty to pop by and she has acknowledged the mosquitoes problems. We were then offered to change room and we took up the offer as we have an early flight to catch.
Overall, we had an extremely unpleasant stay in this hotel.response / report this review -

Located across the kuta beach, the room is clean but since it is also neighbored with Hard Rock sometimes when they held concert you will heard it. One of the drawback maybe the traffic. But the hotel is nice

Great location right in the middle of kuta if you want a slice of that busy piece of touristy Bali. Very cosy rooms sound proofed from the hustle and bustle of kuta. Awesome stay

Location was ideal and conveinent Hotel is opposite Kuta Beach, next to Hard Rock Cafe only a few minutes walkaway from the Kuta Maharajah Shopping Mall and the new Sheraton Mall. Great views from from Restaurant and infinity pool on level 4. The rooms are small but adequate for price. When booking make sure you ask for newly renovated room and breakfast deal with room.

Better small hotels in the back alley of kuta.
Kuta Beach is Dirty and its not somewhere you can swim or even stroll in anymore. Not worth the price. Come visit the infinity pool- but thumbs down for standard rooms.response / report this review -

This hotel have standart facility with small swimming pool on level 4. The room with quality of bed and furnish is good but the air condition is not good.. the speed of fan too high even set on the lowest level fan speed (it happen on two room i used). The scenery to beach from level 4 is amazing. The quality of breakfast is standart.

Good hotel in perfect location. Room was a little small and the bathroom outdated (with a not very safe shower in bath set-up), but we had a balcony with an ocean view and the hotel's infinity pool with ocean view was AMAZING!!!! Staff were friendly and helpful and our 8 night stay was really good. Did I mention that the pool was amazing?!!
