The place to have relaxing spa treatment. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa treatment was fantastic, massage, steam bath, spa, shave, head and hair treatment, what an invigorating experience.

Amazingly tasty food they cook beside providing good quality services. Only problem i got was the wi-fi which was confusing. Otherwise this hotel is recommended to budgeted family.

Great family hotel in Bali. Very friendly staff, fantastic pool, great restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet with every thing you could want. And enjoy the 5 minute massages.

We ( my fiancé and I )recently stayed at Febris for my 30th birthday. It was our first time to Bali and we were searching for a very relaxing holiday. The hotel staff and spa staff were the best in the world. You made our time very special and exceeded our expectations.
You all work very hard to keep the hotel to such a high standard, the grounds and gardens are immaculate.
On my birthday the restaurant staff brought me a birthday waffle with a candle and all sang Happy birthday to me. Then Fiki decorated our room with a beautiful swan towel and flowers when he cleaned it. We were overwhelmed with the treatment we received and the friendliest.
You have truly given us a wonderful holiday and we think you deserve 5 *
The beds are incredibly comfy and the pool is so beautiful.
Great food and drink options.
The SPA treatments have to be the highlight and big love to Nur and Mini for their amazing treatments.

Never had I experienced such an awesome spa. Our package was cost effective but the quality was 5 star. I would recommend this place anytime. If I had more time I would have been here everyday for my week long stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of my trip to Bali.

Decent clean place and peaceful. Good complimentary breakfast too. Air-conditioning and cleanliness could be improved though it is manageable. The staff are reliable. When I came back from breakfast I was surprised to find the house cleaning boy doing his job. I had left all my valuables like my wallet etc. It was all arranged well but not a cent was missing. Good bathrooms too. No buckets for washing clothes. They are firm and kind. Even brought me a plug adapter at short notice..wow..hats off..Bali, Bali,,

I've been twice now, and loved every minute of it. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast selection. Great value. Clean and tidy rooms & facilities. Best spa in Bali. And the consistent cool breeze that blows through the lobby & dining area is the best thing you could ask for in September. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Spa is generally good. The masseuse provided a relaxing massage experience but it felt as if something was missing. It's almost as if I needed some pressure points pushed, but got passed over with a tender touch only.

Otherwise the ambience is awesome and the price for the massage extremely reasonable.

The room we were provided had a malfunctioning a.c. and fan. We were not able to get a different room until next afternoon because the hotel was booked. The wifi doesn't work at all in the rooms and we have to come out to the patio. The breakfast buffet is better than average and provides omelettes, waffles, and fresh fruits.

Stayed 11 nights, nice rooms with very friendly staff. Enjoyed the daily breakfast and evening restaurant meals - very nice.
Massages were awesome, very relaxing. Special regards to the Spa team a wonderful experience

The best option for those who make spontaneous SPA plans! Reasonably priced, Febri's offers massages anywhere from head massage to foot reflexology.
I did the Lomi Lomi massage which comes on a rougher side disappears your back and shoulder pains.And gives you the best side effect of a good sound sleep
And yes, you can enjoy the menu even by staying there!

Great for families, wouldn't stay here otherwise. Family room is ideal, easily sleeps 5. Food is pretty good, buffet breakfast mostly Western food. Spa is good by Balinese standards.

Beautiful hotel. The pool was lined with frangipani trees, so it looked so lovely! Standard rooms were big enough for 2 people, and the pool was kids friendly, with shallow and deep sections. All the staff were so wonderful, and were able to help us with anything we needed. There is also a beauty spa inside the hotel, just in case you need any massages, manicures/pedicures, or a total body package. Great location, near two large malls (within 500 metres), and close to Waterbom park (second best waterpark in the world!!).
Will definitely try and come back here again.

Great value. Friendly staff. Fantastic dayspa facilities. Centrally located within easy walking distance of 2 shopping malls.

Possibility the best feature of Febri's is the beautiful breeze that is virtually always blowing through the restaurant, pool area, and room balconies (at least during my 10 day early September stay).
A gentle breeze makes all the difference between lovely & warm, and hot & sweaty.

I visited a few other hotels in the same area, but Febri's was the only one with an open area design that caught the breeze just right.

Would stay there again, in a heartbeat!

We came to have dinner sunday night around 8pm. The place wasn't really crowded but waiter told that it's gonna be over 1 hour for mains. We had coctails while waiting, first margarita was like plain water, they changed it, still it was far from margarita. Tequila sunrise lacked the tequila too.
We ordered surf and turf medium and t-bone medium rare, both came up well done and surf and turf wasn't beef fillet at all. Service was slow.
They had wifi and bintang was cheap, only positives.

I have stayed there twice (as recently as last week) and I couldn't be happier with the staff and service!!
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and perfect location.

Will be returning to Bali early next year and will definitely be staying at Febri's again!!

I only came to Febris for the restaurant. Its a great layout and I had 6 meals here and tried a lot of the menu. The prices for food and drink were good and I never left disappointed. The char grilled steak was my favourite. Next time I'm in Bali I will come in again.
